Delivered a new Trash truck to Lemon Grove Edco.

Hired this place after the last place kept arbitrarily raising the monthly rate on my dumpster rental. They did that without prior approval and then periodically suspended servicing the pickup when they figure they didnt get anything more than what I had originally agreed to pay each month. That was a little over two years ago that I made that switch. The rep at EDCO who took my phone call assured me there would never be any surprises like that with their company. He said they would service the dumpster every Wednesday for the monthly rate he quoted me. Ever notice how none of these places actually list what their monthly service rates are? Since then, they of course raised their rates, arbitrarily, just like the last place and just like this guy said EDCO would never do. Twice, they stopped servicing the dumpster, claiming I owed them for service. I was never late on a single payment. They coined the term, youve underpaid your bill, as an excuse for stopping service. I fixed it once with them and then told them if it happened again, we were done. Guess what? I cancelled service with them today. Dont waste your time dealing with these people. Go someplace else.

Continually forget to pick up the recycling and charge extra when there is something not recyclable in your bin. Keep an eye on your schedule pick up times and make sure you are receiving the service you paid for.

Almost once a month I have to call because they forget to pick up my recycling container.
