This place is a GEM! I’ve been doing business related shipping at the post office and after being treated poorly there, I found this place! Customer service is always EXCEPTIONAL! I love the staff. They are so friendly, helpful and kind. They are such an asset to this neighborhood. I am grateful for the mail station! I recommend it to all my friends, colleagues and family.

This is the best place to ship something in San Diego, and I stand by that. Lancelot (the wonderful owner) is kind, inviting, and very helpful. You can drop off packages from USPS, UPS and FedEx (maybe more but these are the ones I use), and you also have these options when shipping a package! I have a small online store, and I look forward to dropping off my packages here!

Huge fan of Lance and his customer service. Doesnt hurt that it is right near my place, but still, he is so accommodating even in the most messy boxes that I bring in. Hes reboxed things before, put in his own peanuts or plastic as filler and hasnt charged me for it.

Under new ownership, the owner Lancelot Put so much heart into the daily operations and remodeling of this quaint efficient location. I love this place! I wish there was a way to rate it six stars honestly… My experience is excellent every time I go in! I am always able to avoid the hassle & chaos of lines etc in both FedEx & the post office combined w/ the services offered at this location. It’s an incredible find and I highly recommend you try it out especially if you are a local stop in and say hi to the owner he’s amazing! Thanks Lancelot! You’re the best! Awesome shop with many services! Theres recently been a significant remodel and the shop looks great. Service is incredibly fast and responsive.

This place is a one man operation, the gentleman behind the counter is always hospitable.Since it is a single person operation he does need a day off, Sunday.If youre a busy or growing business owner keep in mind that Mail Station is not open super early or late.Parking can be tricky, I usually drop in after I do grocery shopping or banking next door where parking is free.Limited facilities, no scanner available.

This place provides a nice service for the area. The owner is very nice and friendly. They will take your mail to the post office and also do Fed Ex pickups. Especially convenient now that the Fed Ex office closed at the bottom of the Washington ST area. Support our local businesses!
