Gracias the printer machines are soooo dang slow! It takes 10 min to print 5 pieces of paper. Then its automatically set to color to get more if youre not paying attention. Should be auto B&W.

Cynthia is more than capable to fulfill your printing needs. I came in requesting multiple documents, all with different weight & finish. She understood exactly what I was requesting & is personally printing herself to ensure quality.

I been here many times but today was awful Day!!!Dina was soo rude. I dont expected good service, but there was no basic custom service. Ive ruined my day by stopping by here in the morning.I was waiting without saying anything, she said, She wont be able to help now and other staff standing next to her also won’t help me. Ridiculous attitude!! SHe was rude enough not to let anyone else help me just for one page printing.

This is the best FedEx store I’ve ever been to.I should express almost every day. They work with you till the last minute which is 5:55 PMthe latest pick up time in the city

They were pretty busy, but they were organized and helpful! I didn’t wait too long in the self service line before the man I assume was the manager offered to help me at the full-service area for the self-service price. Super appreciated, as I was in a hurry. I would definitely utilize them again.

None of the staff know thier jobs and were very rude over a simple order. Last time Im ever going to a fed ex especially with the hassles of this location.

Everyone at this FedEx is incredibly helpful. The GM is super nice. The only place I go for printing. I would also like to mention...I see too many customers go in there acting entitled. Chances are there is someone ahead of you and its no ones fault that you are computer/printer illiterate or late for whatever. Please be respectful and considerate of the staff. They work really hard.

Its hard for everyone during covid. But when YOUR driver leaves a pick up note at your home that says 10pm, DONT CLOSE AT 8PM. POOR SERVICE and the employee inside that wouldnt come to the door and spend 4 minutes to help, she sucks too.

A complete and utter nightmare. Staff who dont know what theyre doing, which in return caused an array of international delay which could of all be avoided, if the staff member knew what he/she was doing. Expensive shipping and the promise time is a joke, on or before does not apply. If I could give a zero star I would. A two day shipment is still on going because FED EX Staff on the US end failed to disclose the needed documents, needed to get through customs. All I got were apologies, and a list of their inadequacies, which I dont need. I suggest more training in areas such as shipping is in order to avoid future mishap. HORRIBLE experience, what a night mare FED-EX has been. Who knows if my package will ever arrive. By the way in the future it would be nice to know that I need to pay for custom taxes, and need a letter to declare the value so that people who are expecting life giving medications are not left in limbo because your staff failed to disclose such a minute requirement. Moving forward when a customer ask is there anything else I need to ensure this all goes through smoothly. You as a staff review international requirements for declared amounts and walk the customer through it, ok? After all $ 131.00 to ship is not chump change.

Can’t offer insurance over $1,00 and can’t suggest options. Refused to give a generalized shipping quote estimate over the phone. Thanks for nothing Cynthia.

This is my second back up location to drop off and ship. The staff is nice, friendly, helpful and profesdional. They get the job done one way or another. We as customers need to be patient with whatever is in front of us and respecting one another. Show your appreciation to the staff.

Ive had 2 separate print jobs over the past several days, one related to SD Pride festivities and the other related to my business. Both times, it seems like Dina just snaps her fingers and its done. Thank you for your professionalism and great work, its very much appreciated!

Its Fed ex it gets your printing needs done in a timely manner but as far as office supplies there very limited.

A decent FedEx store. The staff were friendly and I got the services I needed. They only get 3 stars because nothing stuck out as really great about the place.

Terrible location. Completely disorganized. Beware they constantly want to tell you that your packaging doesnt meet their requirements in order to get more money for re boxing. Been selling on eBay for over 15 years and know how to professionally pack. Had Daniel tell me post office approved Brown wrapping on the outside of a box secured with fiberglass reinforced wet applied tape isnt good enough and wanted to sell me a repack. the fedex truck outside waiting for pickup took my package with no issue.

I just wanted to say that I dont often go into places like this but to do a quick drop-off but I needed some help with international shipping. I have to say that the customer service was exceptional and very helpful. I got exactly what I needed with the minimal shipping cost.

Ive had decent experiences printing out a page or two on my own, but just shipped something overnight and was told the truck left 10 minutes before I arrived, 15 minutes early, so arrival tomorrow was impossible and, Next Day, (now really 2nd-day,) would be $70-something, instead of $20-something. Pretty epic fail, in my book.

I mailed a 2 small bottles of vitamines to Mexico and FedEx people never told me to write the content of the items of the package 📦 even though I told them verbally. So the Mexican customs have had my package for 4 over months and FedEx wont give me a refund to have the item delivered to me 😥 😥 😥 😥 😥 😥 😥 Im never going to do business with FEDEX. Disappointed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What sells this location is the staff. Ive had several products printed here in the past and theyre always very diligent about checking with me to see if I really meant to do what Ive told them. That usually means they double checked and I screwed up the artwork. Thanks. Parking is abysmal here and the small lot fills up quickly. It actually seems to be constantly full all hours of the day.

I have to say, I have consistently had terrible experiences at fedex. I was trying to get my Christmas card done on their online website which is difficult to use so I gave up and came into the store. I am so glad I did. The woman who helped me named Cynthia G. Was patient, helpful, kind, and explained every step of the way, she printed out samples for me to see before committing to the order. Seemed like the rest of the staff was good too. But she stood out to me, and truly made my day and changed my opinion on using fedex office. THANK YOU

The FedEx side where they send packages, the employees are busy, efficient, helpful. The printing side employees (it seems the two dont interact, they seem like two separate businesses that just share a building), are never immediately available, and often dont seem very familiar with their printing products, always seems disorganized at best.

Hit and miss... Serviced by Erendira H. Complete miss. When I ask a question about one paper weight versus another and you shrug your shoulders at me, thats a failure on your part, not mine.

Great Office Hub for my Small Business. I get everything done from printing and faxing to banners and cards.

It says open until 1159 on google maps and midnight on their door, but when I walked in at 1157/1158no one was visible and after about 30 seconds of me saying hello someone came out from the back and proceed to rudely say they were closed and made a gesture like I was a little kid walking all over his flower bed and needed to go. Change your sign to read 11:55 if thats when you want to close, otherwise live up to the standards and expectations YOU put on yourself. I just wanted to ship a small envelope that was already packaged and labeled/addressed. Probably wont use a FedEx again, havent in 4 years and had to this time because no one else was open. I guess next time Ill save myself the hassle and go to UPS the following morning.#thanksfortheshittyservice

I expected this to be a quick in and out type of job when I came here, but it took almost 40 minutes for me to send something out, really a big hastle for no reason. one person was helping a huge line while everyone else was kicking it.

Everything is great here the people are helpful location is central BUT parking is terrible. I dont know why I always seem to come at the worst time or what but it seems as though the lot is full not with FedEx customers but other people.

Pretty disappointed. Their wifi is soooooooooo slow. How am i supposed to do business there? They told me to move my computer around the store to speed up my Internet. It was hard to even login to my email.

The staff was impatient, wouldn’t cut paper to a 5’7” size without any crop marks without a particular employee being present. Very disappointed since I’ve always used this location without any issues. Guess my business is going elsewhere.

I often come here to mail items. Sometimes there is a long line, other times there is not.

Despite the insane customers, the staff is extremely helpful and patient.

Had some trouble accessing the computers when I visited this location, but the staff were helpful and this location made it possible for me to finalize my paperwork on a San Diego rental. Nothing too special about the location, but does the job.

They told me I could send a package for them to hold for me, when I got there to pick the package was returned because they hold FedEx packages. They did not explain over the phone, they said just needed name on it. Get your information right!
