Adrian, has only 2 cribs and no respect for contracts or law. She failed to coordinate a proper pick up time for one of my tenants renting my primary residence and Adrian took it upon herself, without consent, to BROKE INTO MY HOME to retrieve the crib instead of waiting for me to send down my management team to give her access to her crib. She preferred to make her lack of organization and logistics my fault and took matters into her own hands to BREAK THE LAW.

Adrian was quick with communication after our initial booking to confirm the details of our trip with us which I appreciated! Everything showed up on time and in perfect condition for our use. She also left a little gift bag with some goodies in it which I found to be very thoughtful.I had some miscommunication with my dad, who was bringing the car seat we rented back to the hotel for us after we went to the airport and Adrian was very understanding and accommodating. She really ensured our trip was as easy and stress-free as possible!!

I could go on and on about babyquip in general. They made traveling so much easier. I did not need to bring all the comforts of home. I reserved a box of toys, a crib, white noise machine, crib and humidifier. After all day of traveling with a 19 month old toddler, we were all exhausted. We arrived to the hotel and everything was set up perfectly. Adrian was the WOW factor. I will for sure be using babyquip again but most importantly will be going through Adrian. Thanks for making a home away from home for us!

Great toys for a great price and Adrian was very thoughtful. I look forward to using her service again in the future!
