I am in the industry that uses trench plates and K-rails on a regular basis. Arts Trenchplate and K-Rail Services is nothing but professional. He never has a hostile word, his people are professional. Dont be afraid to give him a call. He will take care of you, as will his staff.

Art was Very rude, you are not able to explain nothing to this man he just hangs up the phone on you. Really bad customer service. I was unable to return his call due to an emergency he just decide it to cancel our contract and pick up trench.

Not the worst vendor I have ever dealt with but if there is an issue Art is not willing to work with you at all. He actually yelled at 3 out of 5 people that work with me. The 2 he hasnt yelled have just not dealt with him very often.UPDATE:12/14/20 Art closed our account do to not using him in over a year. We havent used them because they are super difficult. Guess we will just take our 40+ trench plate order to one of the many other vendors in San Diego that arent as hard to work with.
