The front desk guys are rude ive gone there a few times every time its like im bothering them when im just trying to rent something

Rented a Log Splitter, these guys were great. Called HD they wouldnt answer the phone...so I drove there...they just rented it an hr. earlier. They said to buzy to answer phone. The rate at OB was 1/2 of HD...glad I went here. Real knowledgeable and friendly.

I’ve been renting from these guys for years. They are always willing to give advice on what’s the best tool for a particular project.

Asked the guy at the front if they could fill my 5lb propane tank. Was very specific, even asked him that they wouldnt charge me for a full tank. He said yes. Came back 2 weeks later with my empty 5lb tank and was informed that there was a 5 gallon minimum ( thats 21 lbs ). Told him that I had asked before hand that 5lbs was ok. He apologized but didnt fill my tank...
