We used them for a year and had nothing but problems. Their employees were not capable of doing the job. So we started finding our own people to hire through them. All Kelly Services had to do was perform a drug test and background check. But they were unable to do that reliably either. We ended up hiring a drug addict that took money from a bunch of employees. Kelly offered no apology or accountability for their failures. I would not recommend using this company.

Not a good experience with this agency at all! Stephanie made me feel like I wasnt worth the time and effort for her to put me on an assignment! An assignment that was supposed to go to me, but because my recruiter was on PTO, i had her to deal with. She lied to me and said she had called me multiple times and all these emails. WRONG! I had 1 missed call at 8am that i missed and that was it! She gave the assignment to her client. I already confirmed i would take the job, she had no reason to give it to someone else because I didnt answer at 8am! I need to work! Her attitude was very unprofessional and she clearly did not care! They dont realize that that job could have saved me from so much! But they have jobs, she doesnt know me, so who cares right. The problem was her whole attitude about it! Kelly needs to hire people that show a little more empathy to people that are struggling to work during times like this!! We are going through a pandemic and not everyone gets to live off ofunemployment!

Am looking for a job from this company!

Not friendly they seems not in a mood not pleasant sound on the phone . They talk to you on the waiting area they never call back . It’s horrible
