Becareful with this company. They’ll hire you w out background check approved. You’ll quit a full time job like I did, only for them to take it from you. Companies shouldn’t hire people in a unprofessional manner. In my opinion. That’s backwards!

Just passed my two year mark and still in disbelief in the culture, family and support that you can find within every facet of this company. Its amazing to see your input and ideas being listened to and implemented! You truly feel valued and cared for as a worker, all the way up to the CEO. We receive a lot of perks to balance out the hard work and generous charitable giving to causes that means a lot to us. It really is mind blowing to see how much thought, mindfulness, and intention is placed in everything we do here.

The culture is something I have never experienced anywhere else! Everyone has a can do attitude and the passion used in their day to day is incredible. I feel like I am supported everyday.

Look I understand yall have specific guidlines to follow, but laying everyone off with NO notice (Idaf who you are) is completely unethical. I get into a accident that wasnt my fault, obtain multiple injuries, and with no notice everyone loses their job. I understand that this car accident has nothing to do with my employment but the fact is you guys dont care. I reached out multiple times in ask of some sort of help with unemployment papers, a new job lead, ect.. instead I dont even get a response. So, to Katherine Pellisner and her team: Shame on you!

I do not appreciate Targetcw recruiters discriminating against me because I do not have a LinkedIn account. I believe I have a right to privacy however the Internet is quickly trying to take that freedom away from people. I do not get asked about a LinkedIn account from male recruiters. I have been a professional person for 20 years and never needed LinkedIn to secure a job.When a recruiter refuses to work with a person because they do not partake or have time for social media it is a form of discrimination.

The worst agency ever so unprofessional and does not care about the employee. They are all about what you can do for them would never recommended to anyone.
