Amazing staff. They make you feel so welcome and help with any concerns you may have. I am so glad to have this dental office so close to my house. They also take Tricare for any military families looking for a dentist.Edit 4/25/19: If you have been hesitant about going to the dentist because of anxiety, this is the place for you. They are all so caring and thoughtful. They took a situation that was full of anxiety and made it so much easier to handle. The whole procedure was fast and flawless. I am so glad I found this incredible dentist and her staff.

Unorganized, unprofessional, and a miracle that anyone in this place has a license. I went in for some dental work in November of 2019 and could not have been less pleased.They completely neglected teeth that needed fillings, shifted me between three dentists with no communication about my treatment among them, and filled teeth that didnt need it! If they get something wrong, they just expect you to come back in with no repercussions.Despite receiving a partial refund for the botched work, Im starting to feel pain where they did work (almost a full year later). Next step will involve filing a complaint with the Dentistry Board of California.

RUN from this place! I trusted them and even recommended them until I started noticing my kids needing more fillings and my teeth were beginning to trap food. I went to another dentist and found out that the crown I got had a huge gap under it, the three teeth they claimed needed fillings on my kid werent actually cavities (hint: slight shadows on an xray doesnt mean its a cavity!), on me...there were straight vertical gaps created in between my teeth where the dentist made my teeth gapped in order to work easier. I saw the xrays showing these obvious mistakes. what can I do now? I cant recreate the edge of my teeth they ground away. I am considering suing! They may have a nice/kind worker or two but this is a SHADEY place!

Going to the dentist can be draining. I went to Tierrasanta Plaza Dental and had the most wonderful experience. Granted fillings, and crowns are no fun. The hospitality and the comfort for the patient is outstanding. Their resonable, understand, and they listen.I wish I had something negative to say, but besides from the normal out come of any procedure, the care was and is amazing process.Thank you Tierrasanta dental from my family, to yours.

Friendly and personable staff. Everyone was great and really took the edge out of being at the dentist. They treated my son and I like family. This is definitely one of the few places that still practice great customer service skills. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Staff is very sweet and very helpful. I love that they are open on the weekends. They do not try to take advantage of you. They are very down to earth and they sincerely care for you.For military: They are in Tricare West network.

I do not recommend. The dentist exaggerated about the work that I needed. Then they quoted me $550 for the work that urgently needed to be done. I got a second opinion & paid like $150 to get a couple cavities filled. No biggie. Seems like they like to use the mechanic mindset when telling you about what work you need done. Seems kinda like a scam. Some of the staff were super friendly though!

This place is a joke! Take your teeth somewhere else—anywhere else!I went in for a standard cleaning and they didn’t even apply fluoride varnish—tell me what I paid for then...? On top of that they are out to squeeze you for ever illegitimate claim to get your money. I *maybe* had one cavity yet she drilled and filled 3 of my teeth (mind you I had that appointment scheduled for only 2 teeth). They work quick and without explanation so unless you are a dental assistant yourself (and you are trained to know what they are doing and when they are lying to you) you’ll already be numb and drilled 3 teeth deep before you know what they’ve done. Thanks for PUTTING the holes in my teeth. I ended up going to another dentist for a second opinion after Dr. Miller, of Tierrasanta Dental, claimed I had 5 cavities that needed to be filled. The new dentist said that’s not true and it was likely if I had come to her first she wouldn’t have been so invasive.

Extremely friendly staff, very organized practice, and very clean facility. Staff has a genuine interest in your comfort and experience at the office.
