This guy is a complete rip off please please please get a quote from him and go to any other dentist and it will be less expensive. He literally tried to charge me $3500 for a root canal. I’m not cheap and I have insurance. I went to my regular dentist 3 days later for only 1200 and my out of pocket for $280. I really dislike doctors who are all about money. You should have compassion and not try to take advantage of people. Btw he was the only person there. He tried to say he just put in the code for the procedure and it come out with a price (the highest price possible that could be charged for that procedure).

Don’t come to this clinic.After I made a bad review, he kept calling and sending rude text messages.He charged me $80 for a really bad consultation and a poorly done x-ray.After that, he wanted to charge me $880 for an erupted wisdom tooth.I had to see another dentist right away and was charged $245 for the extraction and $85 for 360 x-ray (The professional dentist checked everything, explained the treatment).Message I received from him after my review was done:“It is not my fault if You just can’t afford the treatment”If you want that kind of treatment, here is the place.I’ll try to get my money back.

Big scam. Charges $ 80.00 for a 2 minutes exam with mandatory x-ray. He will give you an awful paper copy of it (just if you ask for it). No dentist can see anything in the paper.He will charge you 10x more than regular price. Stay away, SCAM.

Stop and just turn around. Save your dignity. I found this Dentist on Google. I had a major tooth pain in need of an emergency root canal. This was the 1st place I saw that was open on a Friday @ 6pm. Now I know why. I come into the office, I can’t even think, my whole left side of my head is throbbing. He asked me to fill out the form, and pay him$137 for the examination fee. I asked him a few questions, and let him know that I was paying out of pocket. I wanted to know the cost for everything and what I needed to do to get him to pull a back tooth out that was causing me so much pain. How hard it is to pull a tooth? My own Mother can do it...Anyhow, this Dentist who I was going to pay I’m estimating $1,750 ($137 examination $250 xrays and an expensive root canal,) and he didn’t even have the professional courtesy to tell me the total worst case scenario price for pulling out 1 tooth. Unprofessional, The rug in the waiting room is unsanitary, and then it dawned on me... I came here 5 years ago and he was the same unprofessional person I had spoken with, and got an examination from. I did not come back because he was I polite and was quick to ask for a form of payment before answering any of my questions. You think when you meet an educated “doctor” they would introduce themselves as a business professional who went to school, and obviously didn’t major in business management. Leave the dental assistant job, to the dental assistant sweetheart. He looked surprised when I turned around and left. Not sure why...

Dr. Sonny Aryan is awesome! I had a tooth chip and my regular dentist wasn’t open and wasn’t calling me back. Thankfully I found Dr. Aryan. He got me in and out in 15 minutes and the price was good. He explained everything he was doing and my repaired tooth looks great.

The injection was painless as I felt nothing throughout the procedure. Staff were great too. They helped me to utilize my insurance and sat me up with payment plan options for my portion which was great too. Highly recommended.

I had a warm welcome at the front desk. There was virtually no wait when I got there. The staff seemed to be well organized when they received me. There were several rooms with all with full dental equipment. The office was very clean and orderly. Most of all, the doctor was very friendly and caring. He even came to me twice during my dental cleaning to ask how I am doing. He explained everything in detail while showing me pictures of the problem areas. Anyways, the staff was totally professional and had already contacted my insurance and got my estimates before I got out of the dentists chair.Thank you. I had the same experience during my second visit. I will visit again and definitely recommend to anyone. Office location is very accessible too with plenty of parking.

One of the best visit ever. I went in for cleaning and the moment i walked in i felt comfortable as the front desk called me by my name. She welcomed me so well. It was a good experience. I am no longer afraid of the dentist. After I met Dr.Zerafat I became more comfortable with going to dentist. I hadn’t gone to a dentist for about 7 years. This time I got my teeth cleaned. I was a little nervous at the beginning but the assistant was very friendly and she explained the routines and told me what their plan is for the future cap that I need. VERY SATISFIED. I had severe pain in my mouth with my gum swelling last Saturday night. I called Dr.Aryan to help me with my pain. He came to the clinic by midnight and did my root canal. I didnt feel any pain and I was very surprised because I always thought that root canal is painful. He also helped me with my insurance and I paid very minimum fee for my root canal. The worst dental office I have ever been to. Went in for a teeth cleaning, and the doctor literally only spent 10 minutes cleaning my teeth. They forced me to take x-rays, instead of letting me request the ones from my last dentist that I took less than 6 months ago. The oral exam took less than 2 minutes and did not do a detailed examination. He charged over $300 for this visit, and I was in and out of the clinic in 20 minutes. However, the doctor was very nice.

This is a great dental office to go to if you have an aversion to dentists! I have never liked going to the dentist, but needed a crown and was having pain in the back of my mouth. Usually, I am nervous with dental offices and dentists, but at Dr. Zerafats office everybody makes me comfortable. I have been going to so many dentists until I found this one. From the very start until now, I am treated with courtesy and professionalism. I know with them my smile is in good hands.

Two years ago I changed my dentist and I chose dream smile for my dental work, I have done several dental job and they have done a great dental work for me, since last year They have changed their office management and also nicer office environment, what caught my attention was their operating rooms which was five operation rooms with state of the art equipments, anyways most important part of my experience with this office was friendly staff they put me in a payment plan because I didn’t have money to pay my dental work at once and a nice dentist who explained everything about my teeth problem, I rally recommend them to everyone.

I had a wisdom tooth removed and got a dental implant from Dr. Sonny Aryan at Dentist Pacific Beach. I was very nervous because I remembered a lot of bleeding many years ago when I had a tooth removed. It was my first implant and I was nervous about that too. The extraction went smoothly and a lot better than I expected and there was hardly any bleeding afterwards as the dentist used stitches to close the wound. The implant was quick and painless. I was happy with their dental services and will go back to this dentist for future dental work.

Throbbing tooth pain wakes me up on Saturday morning. I take the pain reliever and the pain subsides but I never thought that it will only for a while. The pain was unbearable but the dental team made me feel comfortable. Dr. Zerafat took care of my cracked tooth. Had I known that the treatment was not as bad as I expected, I would have gone to see a dentist sooner.

Rude doctor. Refused to send my insurance the cost of procedure so my insurance denied me. All because he wouldnt send them the price. When I told him he said I dont have to do anything and that if I wanted to I could come get my records and send them myself. My insurance said thats not allowed and he had to do it. Also, he is very abusive to his staff. I felt really bad for them. Then actually seem afraid of him. He was also very rough on my teeth.

The Doctor himself called and said I could could to the office for $250 or his trailer in UTC for $150. Apparently he has a mobile unit. That was the 1st red flag. #greedydoctor. An extra $100 just so I could drive to him??? The second red flag for me was he asked if I was looking To have the tooth extracted. He hasnt even seen me and already wants to take the simpler route and extract. I will say my coworker did warn me about Pacific Beach Dental but being in so much pain I was about to look the other way. I almost did. Be careful out there people.

Helpful and patient. My partner and I have been going to Dr.Zerafat for the past few months after not going to a dentist for a decade. Dr.Zerafat did 4 implants and a denture. I was impressed with the amount of work that he did in one session. He was very patient with me at each visit. He even called me at night after the surgery to make sure I was doing ok.
