My family and I have had TPM as our managers for the last 2 1/2 years. We have been very pleased with them. Whenever we’ve had maintenance issues, they have always helped us out quickly. Our manager, Gina, is very friendly and personable! We also recommended TPM when someone is looking for housing!

TPM manages about 12 rental units for me and does an excellent job. Ive used continuosly since 2009. Highly recommend. Good tenant service too.
