I dealt with CPPM through their subsidiary, Golden Management.Highly obstructive and unprofessional. Failed to send me the correct form twice. Did not reach out to me for more information relying on me to reach out to them. delayed my apartment search for a week. Joanne doesnt even know whats the application looks like. She literally told me I dont know what it looks like on your end, I just know that it comes in.They were surprised that the apartment I asked about was being shown, and sent me an application without a field for the credit check. When I told them the application didnt have one, they made me fill out an application for a DIFFERENT apartment.Laughed when they told me my application was denied. Told me the room would not accept a cosigner despite the application having an option for one. Literally gave up on verifying one of my sources of income after sending one email and not getting a response after the weekend.When they told me that they didnt have a letter of promise for aother source of income, I said I didnt know what that was and didnt know I needed one. The response was Its not our job to tell you what you need. YES IS ABSOLUTELY IS. LITERALLY YOUR ONLY JOB IS TO TELL ME WHAT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO VERIFY MY INCOME.GPMs employees are untrained, unprofessional, uncaring and unhelpful. That apartment you want isnt worth it if you have to for through these con artists to get it.
