I contacted NC tech to repair my MacBook Pro due to water damage back in April. I was told the drive was damaged and that the data could not be recovered. I guess that’s ok since I have another working MacBook Pro which is the main one I use anyways. I go pick it up on may 12 and just now I am noticing issues with my laptops fan and keyboard keys that don’t light up as well as a very long lag when I power the laptop on. I was told my MacBook was replaced with a drive that has more capacity than the one it came with which I did not ask for. I am very upset and extremely unhappy. Do not come here!! Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else! The one star was only because it powers on and works but if I’m paying to have something fixed, I shouldn’t get it back with all those issues. Find another place for your computer repairs!!

They help me fix my IPad. I took my IPad to get fix and they told me to wait 4-5 days. They got the job done and my IPad feels like new.

My MacBook laptop completely crashed and after being on the phone with Apple support for 3 hours they still weren’t able to fix the issue and recommended I take it to get it serviced. Unfortunately most of their repair shops were closed for the pandemic. I desperately needed my laptop for school and I came across this shop that was still open. They serviced my laptop last minute and were very accommodating with my busy schedule. They had my laptop fixed in less than a day for a very reasonable price. They saved me from spending a fortune at Apple for repair and from having to buy a new laptop. Will definitely be my go to for any future tech problems. Highly recommend! :)

I got my MacBook serviced here today. They replaced the hard drive and cable on my laptop. They finished within an hour of me dropping it off and they were nice enough to install the Mac OS onto the new hard drive.I definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of having their laptop repaired.

This is the third time my dad and my brother And i go to this place they have food i ordered a tortilla bowl and it was delicious if you are interested to come here then try cotijas and you will be in shock when you try there food and you will be amazed.

False advertising. I went in after long hours of work not being able to come in to fix my Xbox (which they have pictured of, including PlayStation) and finally came in just to see them take a 2 second look and say “sorry, we don’t fix these”... what a joke....

We have used Nam for about 4 years for all our computer/TV needs. He has been a life saver. He comes onsite and fixes all our issues and we dont have to do anything but tell him the problem. Accidentally spilled water on my laptop and I was worried it would never turn on again, but I came to the shop and within a few days, they were able to fix my laptop! I highly recommend this store.

These guys are fast. They fixed my problem for half the price the others were charging in one day flat and the honored the yelp discount. Its not much to look at (in the back room of a nail salon) but they more than make up for it in service.
