Quick and friendly service.
I wish I had found this place years ago. Great service, great work and great prices! They have my business for life.
Very friendly staff that does quality work. Note they only take cash or check.
Great hours and AMAZING prices for dry cleaning services. Good service and theyve handled my clothes very nicely. My go-to for dry cleaning and I get more dry cleaned than I typically would because they are so awesome.
Great place for alterations. They listened to what I wanted, and for a few extra dollars, had my jeans hemmed the same day. Way better deal than other alterations spots Ive used locally. Have not used their dry cleaning service, but with the service and price I received for the alterations Ive received, I certainly would give them my business.
Great work, fast service and low prices. Not to mention that most of the work is done on the premises.
Great customer service!! I had several pants hemmed as well as the legs slimmed and they did a great job and it was really cheap. They also do dry cleaning and laundry which make it even more convenient.Definitely my go to tailor
Charles is the BEST tailor Ive been to. I love the knowledgeable staff and they can accommodate most out of the ordinary requests. I brought in a purse that needed a zipper installed and they worked with me on how best to proceed and now I love using the purse!!
Incredibly nice and friendly place! I love the prices too. Very competitive. Must give it a try.
Best service and super sweet! Thank you
Had my jacket shortened and they did an amazing job-you cant even tell it was fixed! they also finished ahead of time and they price reasonably compared to other alteration spots.
Love this place ! They tailored all my work clothes and did an amazing job. Would recommend.
Leaves you feeling gross. The owner, Tu, seems nice and sweet, but then you go to pick up your dry-cleaning, and they tell you that you already picked it up. After days of saying check your house again, ask your family or friends if they picked it up for you, they then ask you to write what you lost and how much you want. You do that, and then they say bring receipts for when you bought the clothes. Luckily I kept the receipts and then they say to wait weeks. After weeks they say they will pay a fraction of what I spent to buy the clothes, because in tiny print on the back of the receipt it says they will only pay up to 10 times what the dry-cleaning bill was. So if you brought in a 200 dollar coat, and your bill was $5, they would give you 50 bucks and you lose 150. Tu also said not to bother with court because they always win. What? How often does this happen?
Tu and her colleagues have been doing my alterations for years. Their work is flawless and the price cannot be beaten. I highly recommend them.

WARNING!!! Khue-Tu Thi Phung and Charles Alteration & Tailoring are not only incompetent, but they are extremely unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional, to the extent that I will be reporting them. They destroyed the leather-trimmed neckline on my favorite suit jacket, which I brought in to be cleaned. I understand that accidents happen and they obviously didnt know how to handle the leather properly, but instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, THEY LIED AND BLAMED ME FOR IT!When I dropped off the jacket for cleaning, the woman (I believe shes the owner, but she would not say) took it, closely examined the leather trim, gently touching it, commenting, Ahh, pretty, and telling me shed make a note for the cleaner to be extra careful because the leather was gentle and general dry cleaning might ruin it. I thanked her for the assurance of extra care, and informed her that I had owned the jacket for about 6-7 years, wore it regularly, and have had it dry cleaned MANY times without any issue -- so as long as they were careful, it should be fine. When I returned a few days later to pick it up, the same woman brought the jacket to me and I immediately noticed the leather trim on the entire neckline was COMPLETELY DESTROYED! The jacket was not cleaned, so I asked her what on earth they had done?Thats when she began lying. She falsely claimed, We dont clean it because it damaged already. She made up some policy that they dont clean damaged items. I pointed out that she was the one who took it from me just days before after she had closely examined the pretty leather trim and promised to take extra care of it. I also pointed out that if it had been damaged when I brought it in, they wouldnt have accepted it.She then lied again, falsely claiming that it was damaged but I must not have noticed it because it was on the neckline and I only would have noticed it if it was hung up. I told her it had been hung up before I brought it in, and that I knew it was not damaged, as did she because she had closely examined it when I dropped it off.She then lied again, claiming she had called me to let me know they couldnt clean it. Nobody called me and I have the phone records to prove it.I repeatedly asked what she was going to do to make it right. Obviously, I wasnt going to entrust them to fix it (even though they are tailors, too), but I would have accepted payment for the cost to have a good tailor fix it, or even just no charge for my other dry cleaning, which was less than $20 (it will cost more than that to repair it, but I was being very reasonable). Instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, she continued lying to my face, claiming I had brought it in damaged, and that she would fix their mistake by not charging me for cleaning the damaged item (which wasnt even cleaned)!!!I understand that accidents happen, and obviously these people dont know how to clean items with leather, which they shouldve admitted upfront. But when accidents do happen, it is a professional business job to be honest and have integrity; to admit their fault and offer to make it right. Not to repeatedly lie to a customers face and blame them! This is a shady and unethical business with no integrity, no honestly, no professionalism.
The best alterations in San Diego; she knows her stuff!
Friendly staff, good pricing, quick service
Fast, inexpensive and they do a great job.
Only take cash and my clothes didnt smell fresh like they had been dry cleaned, they just seemed like theyd been pressed. Thinking they rip people off.
Told me to come down after I asked if they could do it RIGHT AWAY! Went there and said no we are too busy to do it right now. it was just a belt loop. would have taken 1 minute. thats bs
Been going for years; perfect service, quick turnaround, best prices!

Really skilled tailors. gave me exactly what i wanted!
Excellent alteration work on jeans converted to long shorts, stitching colors were extremely close; wouldnt be able to notice difference unless looking really close.
Great tailoring and very nice people!

Always great service and quality!
Great place cheap prices
Excellent service
I went there today with a dress i was sure could or should be fixed (i just got in my head about a minor aspect of a bridesmaids dress 😅) They were nice and accommodating, they took their time with me, and they gave their professional opinion that it didnt need to be changed. This has convinced me that they are honest and trustworthy; i will be returning with future projects! I wanted to leave a nice review in appreciation for your honesty and for helping me be more confident in the dress. Thanks!
