Horrible service. She has kept my uniform pieces for months. She is unreliable and may take a job she does not have the skills for and disappear without any explanation. I’ve contacted her many times but she promises to finish and never does, then she stops answering calls or replying.Super unprofessional! I paid for the alteration in advance and after months she hasn’t finished the job!

My mom was a professional seamstress, so while I wouldnt consider myself picky, I know what quality alterations should look like. Ive had a few sewing projects laying around the house that I just knew I was never going to get to. When Angels business opened right around the corner from my house, I figured Id try her out. I had 2 pairs of jeans that had worn spots in the thighs and a pair of ripped joggers that I really wanted to make into shorts. Angel was super sweet and knowledgeable when I dropped them off, and I could not be happier with her work. Im always a little bit leery of patching jeans. The patches often dont match exactly, and theyre usually really stiff and bulky and feel terrible. Angels patches are PERFECT; they look great and I cant feel them at all when Im wearing the jeans. The shorts also came out exactly the way I wanted them; Ill get so much more wear out of them this summer. And Angels prices are incredibly reasonable!I came home and immediately went searching through my closet for pieces that could use a little work to make them perfect! Ill be back with some dresses next week, including one thats for a special event. I trust Angel completely, and I totally recommend her business!

Angel is a small business owner who pays big attention to each of her clients. I came here on a whim one day to fix a broken stroller canopy. Angel gave wonderful customer service and even though she had a ton of work to do, she was able to sew my canopy back together on the same day and gave me a great price too. I returned months later with a pair of my husbands jeans to get patched and he was so impressed with her work. We will never go anywhere else. Snips and Seams is simply the best!
