A kind and sweet lady who is very friendly and easy-going. Helped me shorten my belt, made of bull leather mind you, for it was too long to wear, and a tad difficult to handle due to its durability. Would definitely recommend Annies shop.

Ive been coming to Annies for a few years now but have somehow neglected to write a review. Sooo lets dive in...Professionalism: Annie is really professional. Especially during COVID, shes done a great job following COVID guidelines and restrictions. On top of it, shes super fast with her work, without compromising quality.Price: Annies prices are super competitive compared to the other tailors in San Diego. Each alteration I had was way below market price.Quality: I swear sometimes she can just read my mind. She knows a lot of the best industry practices - more than my previous tailors. Superior quality and knowledgetl;dr - If youre looking for a solid tailor who can deliver at the best price, come to Annies! Promise you wont be disappointed.

I came in to get a strap fixed that was coming off of my backpack. I use this backpack heavily and I had a big work event coming up that I needed it fixed ASAP for (although I didn’t mention that to her). To my surprise, she fixed it on the spot and charged next to nothing. Sweet, fast, and inexpensive service!

I was beyond disappointed with my experience with Annie. I love supporting local shops, so I brought a dress in to be hemmed into a shirt. I was initially surprised by the time she told me it would take—9 days (I brought it in on Tuesday morning, she said it’d be ready the following Thursday.) Next, she’s expensive, she requested $25 to hem the dress. The final straw, I showed up on Thursday an hour after the time she said it would be ready, and the dress was nowhere to be found. After a few minutes of searching she found it and she had not even started on it. Annie seems like a sweet woman, but I would never use or recommend her services. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Annie’s alterations is wonderful! I have had several pieces altered here and they have turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Annie for your alteration needs!

The lady from Annies Alterations is super nice. I went there to have my pants hemmed and tighten, because they were somewhat too big, and my shirts fixed to be slim fit instead of baggy. When I went there and gave her my clothes, she said itd take about a week to fix up. I came back the next week, they were done and they fit perfectly. And you couldnt even notice any of the alterations. While I was there, I noticed that she was the only worker and that there were a lot of other clothes there to fix up. Im super amazed that she can fix all these clothes by herself. She was also super nice. When I went there, there were other people already there and they were all really happy and cheerful, it looked like they were trying on the altered clothes. Im definitely going back there again.

I didnt have a pattern just a top I wanted remade and she did a beautiful job!

Annie is so wonderful! I’ve been thrilled with my results. She’s altered at least 10 pieces for me. I will be back soon.
