Major damage done to my carpet, walls, baseboards. I had this company come to my home because they said my carpet could be died. They took a sample home for testing. My home had just been professionally painted and it wasnt cheap. It was so bad, within 24 hours I had to have the carpet ripped out of my home as the dye was running down my stair well. The carpet dye was on my walls up approximately 2 feet and my beautiful white baseboards turned blue. This company said they would help me out with the cost yet will not respond to any of my emails. I am not sure if they even have a business license. I will gladly take this post down if the company responds and tries to help me with all the expenses this has caused. I have sent all the invoices to them twice now. I have patiently waited for over 3 weeks with no response as of yet.

I am happy to recommend Leslie for the outstanding work that he did. We have a sculptured carpet and small dogs. Leslie did an outstanding job of dying the spots that needed it and getting them to blend in. They were no longer visible. He is conscientious and professional!

I was about to pay $3k to replace my carpet after my tenants spilled bleach on my beautiful carpet. Leslie came out to my rental property and colored the bleached areas and my carpet looks as good as new. He was amazing and made my carpet look great. Price was fair at $150. I highly recommend.

My cream colored carpet has seen much abuse over the past few years.Dogs, a cat, several roommates.... it has been rough. I am very pleased with the results, and even my catis happy. I actually saw him licking the carpet and rolling around like amadman. Worst company I have ever dealt with. The Summary - Total rip off and terribly damaged my home. They came out to dye my 10 x 10 room for $200 on 12/29/2013. The room was blue with a few stains and they were to dye the whole room brown.The outcome:On December 29, 2013 Levon (not sure of spelling) came in and he did a walk through to look at what the total charge would be for doing the room and spot touch ups on the bleached out spots caused by cat urine in the hallway. He wanted $25.00 for each touchup so I said no to the touchups. Levon said he would do one of the touch ups for free so I could see how great it would look. I agreed to the free touch up on one spot. He made the spot larger and much worse than before. He then proceeded to the room to make sure there wasn’t a need for anti-smell formula. He pulled up the carpet to make sure there wasn’t urine odor on the pad. I turned down the smell removing process that he wanted to charge an extra $25 for adding to the dye. He then began mixing and the dye on my front step area of my house. He wound up splashing and staining the porch. I gave him several rags to make sure he didn’t get the dye on the carpet. He said he didn’t need the rags. He said the brown dye would not hurt the other blue carpet. He finished the room and had to make another batch of dye since the blue was still showing through. He dyed again, walking in and out of the room onto the blue carpet. He was leaving brown footprints and there were brown drips all the way from my front door, along my wood floors, up my blue carpeted stairs, along my upstairs walkway, all the way back to the room from his leaky hose. He tried removing the spots and footprints but it made the spots even larger. He tried to assure me the spots would look better when dried. They did not look better. He pulled off the tape in the doorway to find that the brown dye leaked under the tape and out into the blue hallway carpeting. Now when the bedroom door is shut it looks like mud leaking from under the door. He tried correcting the dye in the doorway and hall. It did not work.He put one of my fans in the room to let the brown carpet dry and closed the door. He filled out a receipt stating “spilled brown dye spots in hall & steps. Will return to dye hall, upstairs area & stairs $150.00”. I paid him the $200 which we originally agreed to for the one room. He was suppose to call me to see when he could get back and fix things. He knew I had a renter moving in January 1st.I did not get to see the final quality of the room until the following day. It was a mess. The blue color showed through the brown. There were sections of carpet that weren’t even dyed, the walls, floorboards, and door were all stained with dye. The carpet was still left pulled up and not tacked down, and the blind pull was under the carpet and also dyed brown.I have emailed and called. James did return one of my calls stating that he would talk to the Manager Tony when he gets back on the first. I emailed and called on the 1st and no one has returned my calls. I sent them an email this morning that stated “I prefer to get this resolved amicably but if I don’t hear back from you regarding a resolution I will have to take this to small claims court, file a claim with the BBB, and post my reviews regarding the company’s poor performance.” I have left messages, called, emailed to no avail. They still have not responded. To date I have filed with BBB, ICANN, GoDaddy, and am now posting reviews. Do not deal with this company.
