After having two other companies with five star ratings make an attempt at cleaning my carpet I decided to give Jeff a shot at it before spending $3,000 to $4,000 for replacement. They were good but I now have discovered they werent the best.Although my carpet is not perfect it does look almost as good as new and certainly does not need replacement. Like others have said - these guys are so courteous and do an efficient job cleaning. I had them come out to clean a sectional that smelled like dogs and they were in and out in an hour and arrived on time! It was $210 for my microfiber 90x90 L shape sectional and Im thinking its going to be well worth it - the piece smells good (and has continued smelling good over the past couple weeks).

Jeff runs the show, but his guys act like they own it too...thats good...they all take great care to ensure that the carpet repairs are done with care and expertise...we had five or six small repairs and now we have five or six areas that simply look like they seamlessly belong with the rest of the carpet. I told Jeff he should change the name of his company to Magic Carpet.The response time from our first call was rapid and they were able to schedule the repairs within days. Good people. Good work. I called this company because i saw so many reviews and boy was i wrong! They show up an hour late! We had originally agreed on a price of $150 but when the tech arrived he stated that he would have to charge me extra for each of the stains on my carpet. Agreed and the job ended up costing me $250! talk about bait and switch!!! It has been 3 days now and my carpet is still WET! and now there is a bad odor in my home! The stains that i paid an extra $100 for also came back! I now have to contact another company to see if they can fix this problem!

Yes, this guy is good. I had some sort of discoloration/fading spots on my very expensive carpet. Jeff came over, showed up on time, checked my carpet and said he would give one spot a try but told me not to expect a good result. Jeff worked on the spot with a custom dye mixture for about 15 minutes, told me to let it dry over night. The next day the spot was completely gone and was to me a near perfect match. He returned and finished the other dozen spots and then completely cleaned the carpet. The carpets are totally restored and look like new. Hire him, you wont be disappointed.

Jeff and his partner were very professional and got the job done right! I had a previous problem with my berber carpet and had used someone else which resulted in a bad experience. To this day I can still tell where the repair was done. With that said, it takes a certain skill to repair berber and Jeff and his team definitely have that skill set! You cant even tell that the carpet was torn in numerious places.One last thing, as his partner was helping me move my couch back unfortunately the leg ruined anothe spot of my berber.
