These people are great! We originally had a snafu where our appointment was not on the books even though we had emailed back and forth with someone from the office and she had supposed scheduled us. However, when we explained the situation, they were kind enough to fit us in on short notice. We really appreciated them being able to work with us to find a resolution. Chem-Dry has great service and I like they are environmentally conscience. They useGreen Components in its cleaning solution. It is important to me that we, and the cat, can walk on it safely even as it dries. I have used them for years and the owner, Jorge is a terrific person and professional businessman. I highly recommend them!
