Fadi has come to my home every 2 years to clean my carpets and he always does a fantastic job! After hes finished the carpets look brand new. Hes always on time and very polite and professional. I highly recommend him.

I’ve used quality steamer three times now in the past year and their service has never been less than perfect. The first time was to remove pet urine odor and they did a great job ! Each time I get them I get the pet odor treatment. One of the times was for nasty throw up smell and they made sure to come back a second time to ensure the lingering smell was completely gone. They always leave my carpet looking bran new again. And they are super friendly, professional, and always on time. No complaints ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fadi was professional, punctual and delivered absolutely outstanding service. We had an eight year old area rug that desperately needed cleaning so we used Quality Steamer. Fadi was honest and said that our rug wouldn’t look new and might come out with one side looking cleaner than the other due to different rug traffic. To our delight our rug looks good as new! Quality Cleaners gave our condo a total facelift!The before and after comparisons were remarkable- the laminated wood floors now have a beautiful polished look to them that is astounding! Fadi and Elli were amazing!! Super professional, kind, very honest and up front about cost. They were early and ready to get the job done, well. Even with the continued rainfall we have going on right now.I was very impressed by his openness to discuss my expectations and concerns and his willingness to work out a good deal to meet those goals. He went above and beyond to really tackle the high traffic, animal and children soiled stains and odor areas. He even had this cool flashlight that revealed all of the urine stains. Ones that we didnt even know were there! This is such a blessing since we are expecting another baby and Mama can smell every hint of nasty around our fully carpeted home. I also appreciate that they didnt leave any mess or residue behind. our carpets are super soft and conditioned and there is no chemical smell just absolute fresh! Professional, Friendly, and Outstanding Results. Fadi came to our home during Covid on time and with a facemask. He was very professional, clean and safety conscious.He noticed that we have a cat, so he used a pet-friendly enzyme to break down the dirt/grease (tracked from kitchen) in the carpet prior to the cleaning. We thought that was kind and respectful that he was careful about our animal.The cleaning job is outstanding! The 15 year old carpet (we rent) looks NEW. There is no sticky residue-the carpet is fluffy and very, very clean.He set up and broke down efficiently and was very respectful of our home.I highly recommend using Quality Steamer and will be booking with them again in the future.

AMAZING isnt enough to explain their service. I had an emergency and needed my carpet cleaned asap. When I called I was in a panic and Fadi was so kind and reassuring he helped to ease my stress. He initially wasnt available until around 2pm but due to my need he was able to rearrange and accomodate me. They arrived early as I requested, were very quick and efficient.
