If you are thinking of using a repair shop/mechanic for your favorite car or just even your daily; I cant recommend European Coach enough. I worked with Mack on getting my vehicle back into great shape- He went above and beyond to make sure the entire vehicle was inspected and that any potential issue that could arise down the line was dealt with. He is incredibly knowledgable! Not only did he take a thorough approach on inspection but he spent time with me explaining the particular ins and outs of my model and the best courses of how to maintain it over time. Pricing was incredibly fair and I would say better than what you would find at other shops. I cant speak highly enough of their timing as well. I was in a rush, which is not the problem of the shop, and Mack was unbelievable in getting it done while not missing a single detail. As an added plus he even had the car washed and detailed. Seriously, bring your car to Mack.

After the only Alfa Romeo dealership in the area closed, I took my Giulia QV in for them to diagnose an issue. The owner was very accommodating and diagnosed my vehicle for free. Ultimately we agreed that this problem would be better fixed by Alfa Romeo under warranty, so Im going to let corporate figure that out as there is no Alfa dealership nearby. Regardless, the owner at European Coach was extremely helpful, gave me all the information possible, diagnosed my vehicle at no charge, and even made some great suggestions moving forward. Very happy with them, and will take my cars here moving forward.

Came in to get brakes replaced, ended up leaving and going somewhere else with exponentially better service and prices.Had an awful experience with the hostile and aggressive behavior from the people who I spoke to. The service writer or employee just started ranting that I needed more expensive parts, without even getting my vehicle information and “inspected” my rotors by shining a flash light at them. Didn’t even try to do a measurement or give an explanation. No one who isn’t trying to con you would start haggling for up charges without even getting your name. Maybe the quality of repair is better than the customer service, but who knows.

Mac is the most trustworthy and reliable mechanic I have ever had the opportunity to meet. Sadly I have had bad experiences with catching crooked mechanics taking advantage of me and my family in the past. Mac is the kind of mechanic that if want to see the parts they replaced, hell have them waiting for you. If he says hes going to fix something at a price. He is going fix that issue at that price. I’ve been coming to see Mac for over 5 years. I bought a 2003 Mini S with real low miles. He was recommended to me by other Mini owners, and I took it to him. He went through it an fixed all issues after my purchase. He has also recommended other repair places that specialize in certain repairs. Like windshields and wheel refinishing. I couldn’t be happier with all the work he’s done for me. He even loans me a car if the repair is going to take longer than usual. I’ve become friends with him and actually look forward to hanging at the shop while my car is being repaired. If you own a Mini or any other foreign car he’s the (Guy) here in San Diego. I’ve recommended friends as well and always receive a big thank you for hooking them up. Great work, comfortable waiting area and reasonable rates. You won’t be disappointed.

Mack is one of the best mechanics I have ever used! He is not only extremely knowledgable, but he takes the time to communicate with you throughout the repair process. He took pictures and updated me along the way with any problems he found on my BMW. His pricing is great and he is actually honest about what needs to be done and what repairs can wait. It is rare to find a mechanic this honest, much less a mechanic who is skilled and knowledgable regarding European/exotic cars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I own a Fiat and I was looking for a place in San Diego that fixes Italian cars, especially my Fiat. I found European Coach auto repair that is a Fiat specialist in San Diego. I think it was the best choice. They have repaired Italian cars for numerous years and are very experienced with my Fiat. This is the best place for San Diego Fiat repair. They are service specialists. Ask for Mack - he is the best! After I found them I also had them do a full service on my Mini Cooper and it runs like a champ.

I was looking to purchase an older Porsche 911 and wanted to have a pre purchase inspection done. I had called several places to have it done, but I didn’t have a good piece of mind until I spoke with Mack at European Auto Coach Repair. Right away I knew this was the place to go as he was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with me on the phone explaining in detail his recommendations. I have been brining my cars here for many years and I am very happy with the service from Mack and Oscar. They are fast and reliable, most importantly very fair with the pricing. I have been taking my 2009 Maserati GT to Mac for the past 2 years. He does a phenomenal job and a fraction of what the dealer charges. He also repairs items that he finds beyond what I take the car in for. He is very knowledgeable in high end European cars. I highly recommend.

These guys helped me so much with my Mini Cooper. I have struggled with my car for so long and had a previous mechanic who was highly recommended but my car kept breaking down. Finally I was able to take it here out of desperation and felt as if it was my last attempt trying to fix this car. When they started on my car and the work they put in it I could tell the solid knowledge. I knew I was in good hands. I realized that the job they were previous doing was not professional work compared to these guys. I can’t thank them enough.

When it comes to fine tuning, I will always take my vehicle to European Coach, the owner Mack Is very savvy and knowledgeable, his shop impressed me from the moment I walked In I felt welcomed and he pays attention to your mechanical needs, my Ghost had an electrical problem that the dealer did not have the time to take care of this issue, looked around and made a few calls til I finally talked to Mack, he actually invited me visit his shop once there he explained in detail as to what the problem was, in matter of minutes he performed a scan in my car and detected the issue although the problem seemed very insignificant Mack addressed that it would take 3-4 hours to fix it with his profesional approach he made me feel comfortable to have him work on my car, the next day he called to let me know my car ready with the electrical issues all taken care of, very satisfied and happy customer of European Coach!!!

Came to Mac for the first time after looking up european auto shops close by my work. I was so happy with his services that I will definitely be back and have already started to refer! He was incredibly educational in regards to what services and maintenance should be done, what needed to be done, what could wait. There was NO pressure AT ALL. And he took the time to explain everything to me - even as far as what to say when speaking to other mechanics. As a younger looking woman, this is always a concern for me. He even went as far as to draw a diagram for me so I would understand what was being done. In addition - he worked with me in regards to price, gave me multiple options on what could be done to keep me in the range, and was honest with me in what each option would mean long term. All in all- very accomodating, kind, and VERY reasonable with price and VERY knowledgeable.

I own a Lamborghini Aventador and I have been using Mack / European coach auto repair and facility for the last six years, I am extremely pleased he picks up my Lambo from my home with a tow truck and delivers it back and goes over the entire car and fixes whatever it needs “once a year “ . I’ve never needed to do anything but pump gas in my car and it runs in tiptop shape . He’s extremely knowledgeable and he was actually referred to me by the dealer because they had problems diagnosing the electrical of the car that Mack solved in couple days and he’s been my mechanic since then .

I am lost for words on what Mac has done. I took my 2016 Bentley Mulsanne to the dealer they wanted to charge me $8600.00 for very few services. I took the estimate to mac - told me he could do the exact same service for $4200.00. Very content with his service and would recomend it to any one.

If you’re driving a Maserati this is the place I went in there because the earliest the dealer could see my car is two weeks and I’ve already been there once and they Charge me $1330.00 for the problem and it’s still doing the same thing, went in this place for the first time they charge me $110 and diagnose my car and less than 30 minutes my car was ready and Thay just included the $110 towards the repair of the car crazy it was just a plug on my airflow meter was loose lol crazy. I’ll be going here for this day on best Italian car repair shop in San Diego, thay also repair fiat & Alfa Romeo .

Quality work! I have been going here for over 2 years and and Mac is always made the right recommendations for my 2010 Hardtop Cooper S. He always has reasonable prices. The garage also has a great ambiance and he is always willing to work with you to make sure you are accomodated. No other independent mechanic I know offers a replacement vehicle while you wait for yours to be serviced. Ill keep coming back as good mechanics / shop owners are hard to find.

The shop is first class Ferrair Maserati repair shop, nice people a lot faster and less money than Maserati I used steve maxells exotic car and i was not happy at all because the maserati delar gave me the run around but since i found european coach i love it, send all my family and friends with exotic and regular european car here .

Came in to service my Maserati to European Coach for an engine knock, for what the dealer quoted me for 16K ++.Mack and his crew figured the issue with in a couple of hours, I left the vehicle for repairs, all work was completed after 10 days at a fraction of the co$t! 😉
