Washed my truck with new wheels and whatever chemical they use to shine tires they used on my wheels(who puts shine on wheels) and stained them to the point I or them cant fix. I went back within 24 hours and they are blaming the wheel material and dont want to accept the blame. I didnt expect to get new wheels but at least a good wash after this misfortune but all they did is lose a good customer.

I come here during my lunch break. They are located in a convenient location. The employees are very nice and make sure to offer you any specials they have going on. My car is always spotless after getting it washed here!

Driving around looking for a place to wash my car. Also looking for a basic wax. Rigo helped me make the right decision to get a CLAY and WAX helping my SUV maintain the shiny appearance. I felt the paint before feeling like sandpaper....Right after the clay and wax, my car felt smooth. Thanks!

I was a little sad that it wasnt San Diego car care anymore, but holy improvement batman! These guys take their time with your car now. Like they care about the money you spent to get it washed! I will continue to visit this location like I always have. 5 Star wash is yesterdays news. Get the Senna wash and they will do it right. Thanks for the change toward the better! Reasonably priced and friendly. My car was caked in mud after being towed halfway across the country. My engine was overheating, so one of the hands examined it and was helpful in identifying the problem and offered a temporary solution. No additional charge.

I just wanted to let you know that Rigo in the Detail Center did a excellent job on my car. Definitely ask for him if you happen to need your car detailed. Very happy camper.

Car wash is excellent and bathrooms (with a lock!) are immaculate, they have a working water fountain, too. This place only gets half stars, however, because the store is overpriced and has no legitimate food. Its a shame because they have high-end detailers and equipment here so its a great place to get your car spruced up, just hit Carls Jr. across the street first or pack a lunch.

Bad service, staff and manager. Paid for $139.99 full platinum detail, without cleaning the ceiling and trunk. The person who clean my car said whats the point of cleaning the ceiling if its not dirty. Well the ceiling is dirty and as well as the trunk in which they did not even open and I am not gonna bring my car for details if the ceiling is clean. One more thing your vacum is so weak like the staff and the manager at miramar branch. They did a horrible job detailing my car. My car has stain Marks dashboard, they soaked my carpet floor and now it stinks. And my seats are still dirty. On top of all of that they charge me extra without telling me.

I was gifted a Groupon for pit stops Vista location. I scheduled an appointment a week ago and went to take my car In today except...the vista location apparently does NOT EXIST anymore! I drove around for about 15 minutes searching for this address. The address is an am/pm! So I pulled over and called the # on the Groupon. A am/pm employee answers n informs me that they are no longer allowed to detail at this location. Seriously? I just dropped my kids at a babysitter, drove my v8 30minutes one way only to get to a location that is non existant?!?! This feels like some sort of scam. If this used to be where they detailed what the hell were the customers supposed to do while their car gets detailed? Sit on the curb on front of am/pm for 2 hours??? What a joke! I cannot imagine a more unprofessional situation! This was a $140 groupon!So I get home, and decide to try calling the other location(miramar) i found online. I call, get put on hold for 5minutes only to be hung up on. I call back and after multiple attempts I Finally get through again. I get ahold of whom I think was a manager named Debbie. Not once did this manager apologize for the massive inconvenience her company had put me through. She goes on to dispute my story of the detail place not existing! She tells me she was just there last week. Ok, well I was just there today n its gone! Ugh. She tells me she needs to contact that location and tells me that SHE would call me back asap. She never did and the business is now closed for the day. Instead she has a ampm employee call me back.* I dont understand what it happening* does this company have some sort of scam going with ampm? This person goes on to tell me that she will have a detailer come up from miramar to sycamore. Didnt u just tell me that u were not allowed to detail at this location? None of these people are listening to me. I do not live near vista. I drove an hour to get there n I am not wasting more gas to have some random sketchy person detail my car in a nasty ampm parking lot. So then I have a very sweet detailer call me to schedule an appointment. His English was so broken and hard to understand that I could barely get through the conversation with him.Not a single person has apologized for this unusual, questionable mess that they put me in. Ontop of that the detailer is trying to up-sell me over the phone. I cannot believe how unprofessional this entire process has been! Im beyond frustrated, what kind of company are they running here? Needless to say I would NOT recommend this company to ANYONE. Maybe my gift giver can get their money back through groupon since this company is obviously lacking some professionalism amongst other things. Pass on this detail place, its a joke.

Excellent service - quick, thorough and a range of options for car wash with reasonable prices.

Horrible service.. I paid $110 for waxing and touch up my front light but the service is terrible...I normally go there once a year for hand wax but I guess they lost my business with them..I wouldnt go back and I guess I have to find another place to do hand wax my car..I dont recommend this place to anybody...

Its a small bit below an average Chevron. Gas prices are normal, bathroom is OK.But....I really prefer the Car Care managed Chevrons. The reason why is because most Chevrons have some sort of either automatic or handwash Car Wash attached, this one has a handwash one, BUT despite being that... they do a sloppy job.. and i am a pretty fair reviewer. They dont vacuum too well leaving some crumbs behind right in the middle of the floor mat.. which is just not good in my opinion, and they dont completely dry all the areas on your car.. so when you leave water tends to drag with the wind and leave dry water streaks.Its ok, but not awesome.

I do not recommend the car wash. It takes over an hour when they are not busy and they just raised their prices from $15 to $20 for a basic car wash
