Ive been very happy with Hudson Management Services. In my experience, they are very clear with their communication, have a very deep understanding of the rules of Homeowners associations, and have been extremely response with any issues our community has. I think the squeaky wheels typically post comments when they have issues, but as President of our Homeowners Association, Id be happy to talk to other boards on our experiences with Hudson. This property management company has very slow response times to their clients needs. The staff is always changing many seem to quit and the needs of property owners get over looked. My property had a leak and flooding and the unprofessional response time and mismanagement caused me a lot of money. I have reached out to the owner to no avail regarding the responsibilities of a property management company/business. I highly do not recommend Hudson.
I rented from a place that Hudson managed. When I reached out to them for question, they were nothing but belligerent saying that they will only communicate with property owners and not tenants. My vehicle had been towed and I was trying to locate it. My landlord told me that the Hudson rep was very rude to her at the meeting and that it seems Hudson has taken over rather than board members. When I called a 2nd time to complain, the person that answered hung up on me once I said I was a renter.
The location and parking is a pain to find and get. However the personnel that work the front desk are super polite and helpful. For them an A+.As for the ‘management’ of it all their hours suck! M-Thursday, 9-5? C’mon, residents of your properties have to work too. At least have hours that support them either stay open later and be open on Fridays. Then they schedule the Leo pool fob exchange on a Friday or Saturday, but there were issues, it couldn’t be resolved cuz the office was close. So I had to make a special trip down there just to get my fob cuz of an admin error.
They use threatening and intimidating language if they think you are not complying with their rules and their way. Nonetheless, they provide extremely poor communications when you need some help from them. I cant believe those guys get actually pay for such awful service.
The front desk Personnel was very helpful and very sweet. He was very accommodating.
The management of this company has been nonexistent. We do not get notices for meetings. They do not respond to requests for minutes of past meetings, and those online are spotty. We have vandalism to a metal fence and nothing has been done. Now our representative has left but who knows our new representative. But if I have weeds on my lot or a fence that they want painted Ill get a notice!
