As I am not able to give ZERO stars I am forced to give ONE star review. Which I feel is too generous. Rude and condescending service. The lady (again a generous interpretation) talked over me. I wonder how this company is still in business.

Jungo CRM is a powerful tool if you take the time to learn...which to be honest will take quite some time to learn. But once everything gets configured and integrated it starts to go smoothly and the functions and customizations available are insane. I had a couple hiccups setting it up but overall happy with the purchase. My sales rep was Gabe and the whole support team is super easy to work with. The customer success manager Dillon really goes above and beyond to make sure youre happy and set up for success. FYI I only have 1 license so Im not a big firm and they always get back to me/assist me quickly.

We needed something that integrated with Encompass and allowed our Team to have access to the tools and functionality needed to manage our mortgage vertical that wasn’t available with just Encompass alone.We worked closely with their Support Manager Zak. He took the lead and saw us across the finish line to production. Training has been smooth so far for our Team and the access to support seems to be streamlined. Were looking forward good things with Jungo.

I dont know where to start. maybe when i was told i can cancel at anytime. now it has been a mission to get a hold of someone/or to cancel this. they workers are extremely rude and dont answer any questions. they just send me to someone else that tells me the same thing.

Edit: Dan called me about my review from Jungo - instead of explaining how they had mis communicated via email (I had specifically said I would need month to month since I couldnt sign an annual contract without prior attorney review. And the sales agent agreed and then sent me another form. Maybe it wasnt intentionally deceptive but it still felt like it as a customer!!! )Dan the director at Jungo called me and was extremely Rude. He threatened to sue me for slander for this review I left.So CAUTION: any reviews you read about Jungo are only the comments left after they threaten honest reviewers with legal action!!! Totally fabricated.Dan was extremely rude, arrogant, angry and seemed to have a massive Ego.If you are a real estate agent, financial planner, mortgage, insurance provider I would be VERY hesitant to utilize jungos services.They will gobble up your database and then its controlled by an angry, egotistical Director DanNOT GOOD!!!!If he had been polite and explained everything to me, we probably would have been fine, but instead he wanted to talk down to me and he threatened legal action and then said you dont want to play this game with me. It will go way worse with you than it does for me or something very similar like that.Dan also called me a liar like 4x- (LOL) Check the emails again buddy.Poor guy, someone give him a snickers because hes hangry.But no, its my legal, moral and ethical obligation to leave an honest review of my interactions with this business and this was not good!!! maybe Dan can learn some business customer service skills before becoming Director Dan!!!I started out very optimistic about Jungo since some people have used it before, however I quickly realized that most of those people had probably found success 5-8 years ago using Jungo - unfortunately that their system set up is very sub par and slow compared to many other current options available in 2021. They just are using salesforce so I would just eliminate the middleman and hire someone to custom design some salesforce work since you will need significant deployment inside of Jungo anyway.For most applications, I would recommend you look at Whiteboard CRM (much faster and easier and more intuitive to use than Jungo)BNtouch is also a great option to consider that is far superior to Jungo.I would also suggest looking at Surefire CRM or Cimmaron in addition to Jungo - better integration and service from some of those providers.In addition, Jungo participates in very deceptive billing practices so I have reported to the BBB for not clearly labeling annual billing.I will pay them however they engage in very VERY VERY deceptive billing and their support team didnt mention that until a month after I had discussed non-renewal

Great product! Salesforce is a beast and can be overwhelming to do on your own while also trying to run a business. My Strategic Account Manager, Zak, made everything very simple and helped us customize Jungo to our companies needs. We use Jungo every single hour of every single business day. We wouldnt have the success we have without Jungo and Zak. Zak went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. 10/10

We recently started using Jungo as our CRM and we are very particular about how we want our emails to look and how we want the system to function. The team at Jungo has spent so much time training us how to make this work the way we want. We have multiple calls a week where they take the time walk us through the system. There has not been a single question that has not been addressed. Their patience has far exceeded our expectations.

Jungo has been a game-changer for us! Our strategic account manager, Zak Kronik, has helped us integrate to JUNGO seamlessly from Surefire 3.0. Before, our team was working between our CRM, Excel, OneDrive, Encompass, etc… Now we just have to use JUNGO & Encompass! Our VIP Onboarding is not yet complete, but it has been very well done since Day 1. We are excited to see what JUNGO can do for our Team this year. So far so good!

We connected with a sales representative from Jungo and signed up based largely on the reporting capabilities they promoted as a key feature of the CRM. We were assured there would be no issues creating the reports and that we could cancel and would be offered a refund if they could not be completed. We uploaded sample reports and SOPs/Processes the first week and spent an additional 6-8 weeks in the implementation phase, with no functional output on their part. After 2 months, we made the call to disengage and cancel our agreement given the lack of deliverables and pressure to sign off on the implementation phase so they could start the monthly billing (in addition to the $7,000 we paid to get going). We were escalated to their Director of Sales & Customer Success during this process who didnt listen and showed absolutely no ownership regarding their failures or initial commitments. He was more than unprofessional and disrespectful on the call and even hung up on us, as we sat in absolute bewilderment how someone in a leadership position could completely ignore our issues and take such a combative approach. Our efforts to escalate and be heard above him have been ignored and we were even billed twice since cancelling. I have no idea what their culture and company values are, but its clear they are in no way shape or form client focused. Furthermore, their billing of a product which wasnt signed off on calls their business practices in to question.

Ive been using Jungo for a year now. I switched over from ACT, and this program is far superior. As a loan officer, it offers everything I could need. Every time Ive wanted to make a custom change, the service has been fast, efficient, and everyone is very helpful. The self-help videos are very good, and if you cant find something you need, they are happy to either do it for you and/or provide instructions on how to do it. I could not possibly manage my database or provide the level of service I do without this system.

Jungo has been instrumental for me running a successful mortgage practice. I have been in the mortgage profession for almost 16 years and I dont know what I would do without the Jungo team and all of their support. The Salesforce back end allows me to use Jungo with direct connections to other tools that make my practice successful. The support team at Jungo has helped me with customization to meet my business needs. Jungo definitely keeps my team organized and productive.

I have been a Jungo Power User for about 6 years now and I cant say enough good things about this company and program! Ive had the pleasure of meeting many of the team as well as the owner and its apparent from the first conversation that they care about their clients and their clients success. There is not a more powerful CRM on the market today! When you pair that with the vast knowledge within their success team and their dedication to staying at the forefront of technology in the mortgage industry you have the best tool available for Mortgage Originators! ***beware of the lack of customer service***. There is no direct contact for support, only email and wait. When I did find a number to call I was put in a never ending loop. This does not work when you rely on the information in their system and cannot login. 1 star for customer service. (because I finally received an email back)

This is the best system for managing relationships in the mortgage space. im able to manage both online leads and referral/past client relationships very effectively and found the cost to be reasonable for a system this robust. For those expecting quicker response times from customer service, I imagine that would drive up the cost of the software. We accept that when we put in a ticket, there will be a lag time.

*** UPDATE 05/06/2020 ***Jungos Customer Service Manager and one of the co-owners reached out to me a couple of days after my initial 1-star review below.They apologized profusely and my issues were addressed satisfactorily. I was told that Jungos customer service department is being beefed up and they offered to set-up a special VIP Support process since their are a good number of users at my company.I have not had to request support since then so I dont know if things really have gotten better, but I am hopeful. Ive increased my rating to 3 stars for their initial efforts to resolve my issues and am willing to increase it further. However I need some real world experience with their support before I feel that would be appropriate.*** Original post 03/04/2020 ***I have been a long time customer of Jungos CRM (back when it was called Mortgage Planner CRM) and had been pretty satisfied with their product and their customer service those few times that I have needed it.Unfortunately something has changed drastically. All support is now routed through a web form on their website and follow-up is lacking...hardly the level of service that should be provided for a CRM that is billed at ~$1000/year.I submitted a support case this past Saturday (02/29/2020) and immediately received an automated email that linked to an article about their Listing Alert feature which is not working (as if that email would resolve my issue). I replied to that email that I still needed help, but I never received a response.So today (03/04/2020), I called Jungo and spoke to a representative who told me that the person who could help me with my case would call me back in a half hour. Not surprisingly I never received that call.I just tried calling back multiple times an hour later and no one is picking up the phone with the default prompt to leave a message or continuously cycle through their call attendant trying to get someone to answer. And ironically, if you try to leave a message for someone to call you back, their voice mailbox is full.I am extremely unhappy with Jungos customer service at this point and I am now considering cancelling my service altogether. This company needs to get their act together. Stay away!

I have been working with Ashley! She is amazing. Always willing to help and correct my mistakes! There have been a lot! It happens when you are learning a new system. The system is amazing! She has taken the time to walk me through their system. She will go above and beyond to make sure everything is correct. We have been using this CRM for about 10 months now. Seemed like a pretty awesome system. But then I had some questions are requested some information. crickets. If Im going to pay a company thousands of dollars, I would expect them to be very responsive. Not just send me a sign up sheet and enroll me into a friggin drip campaign. For shame ijungo, for shame. Treat your customers better or we will go to a free CRM or to lions desk, purple dot, velocify, or just save money and do the sales force and build out out own campaigns.

Terrible mortgage software solution, very confuse, you need to watch recording videos to use the software. Employees ASSUME you know how to use the software, no training. Do not waste your time and money.
