Awful company. Their software is buggy and throws up errors regularly. They wont look at the problem (of their software developers causing) unless you immediately pay $175 to their help-desk.If your internet goes down (and whos doesnt, occasionally?) and you switch to offline processing, they wont reroute the packets until you pay the same $175 to the help-desk. They wont tell you where the packets are, either, so you cannot reroute them yourself. Therefore, if you want to get the money your business has earned from credit card sales while your internet was down, you have no choice but to pay up. Its a racket.Trust me, use Micros instead.
