So far, not so good - my classic 66 olds convertible sustained serious water damage over the weekend from the parking garage....spoke to the emergency number and took and sent pics yesterday.....now i know my classic isnt a big deal to most, but i at least expected to receive a response this morning....brad acted with disdain when i called him a few minutes ago and told me he has 100 emails to get through....thats all he said....i guess i am cutting into his work time....so hoping this isnt how things will operate with yet, just another property management company moving forward....looking forward to being able to go back in here and change this rating....clearly i must be acting impetuously....

As a President of a Association that used his services I found to fair and an above standard. He attempts to keep cost down, an is helpful to in completing projects for improvement of the property at the cheapest price point. He does not try to drain your accounts that you have worked to build-up, some people want people want everything an that cost money. Yes, you can get better service but what will it cost you in repairs and fees. Can afford them in long run

They have managed my property for many years and do a great job. Could not be happier. The current office staff is great. They always answer the phone and follow up on any requests. I have always had a pleasant experience with them. Do not understand the other reviews.

If I could post no stars I would. The lack of professionalism is beyond words. No one returns calls after leaving voicemails for two weeks straigh and sending multiple emails. Not helpful and have even lost track of HOA payments and sent bills a year later only to have me show them a copy of the check. Save all your paperwork bc they are unorganized. Alison will “take care” of a situation for you and then send you a bill that is almost $400 without your authorization. Run far far away from this company.
