As of June 2021 these apartments, Serra Bellaare under management of this EquityGroup that has a fake or invalid number. The conditions of living here are deplorable and the property managers which I will name, Mark and Ruth, seemed to have little to no concern of the happiness of their tenants. They pretty much have pulled me and my fiance that if youre not happy with the place the way it is to pack up and leave. Multiple things wrong with this complex. Parking is not enforced. Some of the neighbors have absolutely no regard for the person next door and will belligerently fight or blast music to the point where you have to knock on their door and hope to God they dont get belligerent with you. These complexes are pretty much like the projects dont let these guys get your hopes up before you rent from them. If it looks too good to be true then it is. Im honestly trying to gather as much as I can so I can hopefully build a legal case against these people. I record all our phone calls (when they decide that they finally want to return your message). Etc, negligible to say the least.

These guys wont answer you unless its to collect money. Before you sign the lease theyre helpful and available. After you sign the lease theyre literally impossible to get ahold of. Ive sent 4 emails without a single response. Nobody is in the leasing office.. Nobody answers the phone.

I rent from one of the properties in La Mesa and messaged their Instagram account trying to get emergency maintenance help when a friend misplaced one of our keys while we were out of town and they replied very rudely and blocked me. Extremely unprofessional and I have yet to be unblocked after contacting management. I’m not sure who runs the Instagram account but they shouldn’t be representing an apartment complex and legitimate business when they act like this. I still receive emails from the property management about social media contests on this page while I remain blocked!
