RMD Group is an awesome company to work for. I was a Sr. Bartender at one of their nightlife venues and restaurants. It is not often that you work for a company that feels like a family. I highly recommend applying if you are interested in working for the best nightlife management, bar and restaurant consulting company in San Diego!As far as now being just a guest, I enjoy visiting all their venues. Im still always treated like family and I highly recommend their locations to all.

Im giving them 2 stars for wasting my $100 for Halloween party at Hard Rock. The event was lame and boring. I expected a house-trance music rave type evening, because Benny Benassi was coming! Can we please have a REAL rave once in SD??? Ok, Benny came for 1,5 hours. Thanks...for nothing. Other DJs were below average with their usual boring SD rap non-dance-music. Do they even know what dance music sounds like? Waste of a night. Bleh.
