We found San Diego Remodeling Pro’s at the Home show and Mike was one of three contractors we invited to the house. We were planning a remodel of the kitchen, dining, living and family rooms. Our 70’s era house needed lots of help to realize its potential. We found Mike to be an enthusiastic collaborator, he understood what we were trying to achieve; utilize the existing space more efficiently, maximize our views, create a cook’s kitchen and entertainers’ home. We found Mike to be easy to talk to and he really listened to us. When Mike and Susan created the CAD drawings to help us visualize the changes, we were so impressed and that sold us. They were both excellent at explaining the process and setting expectations. One part of this project was filling in a sunken living room, which we wanted to do, but we still had some reservations. Mike has experience doing that, as well as ‘aging in place’ expertise so he put those fears to rest, and we could not be happier with results. Susan is highly organized and was super helpful in staying focused on the vision with every design choice we had to make. We were on time and on budget with a final product that we love. I am happy to recommend Mike Schneemann of San Diego remodeler pros. He did an extensive job for me on my 80-year-old house. He completely replaced one bathroom and the flooring in another. He was very pleasant to work with and he listened to me when discussing the job. Whenever an unexpected surprise came up, Mike never panicked but maintained a level head and a no worry/can-do attitude.Mike was true to the budget and time. His workers were always pleasant and daily left the workplace neat and clean.

Mike and his crew were super! This is the second time we have hired SD Remodeling Pros. I hate leaving the beautiful kitchen that he built for us 5 years ago, but we have moved and needed Mike to make our new house more comfortable for us. He built a beautiful master closet to our exact specifications, remodeled the master bedroom suite, built new cabinets in the dining and living rooms, installed a new bar, and replaced all of the handles on the existing cabinets for me when I couldnt do it.
