Best place to get a fresh cut if youre Latino.
I took my son a week ago and I paid $14, which I thought was expensive but ok due to the pandemic fine. A week later my son and I go and the price went up to $18, wow and they didn’t say hey by the way our price on haircuts have gone up again this time by $4. It’s insane that due to the pandemic you guys want to inflate the price on regular haircuts that’s unacceptable. You need to put a sign with the new pricing make people aware before getting a regular haircut. I still tipped the girl but you have lost a long time customer we have been coming to kikos 20 plus years both locations at one point. Everyone struggles not only your business
Kikos, I must say have the best staff and a friendly welcoming. I been going to kikos for more then 15 years and as always a great haircut. Much kudos to Mari who knows her stuff! Try it out sometime you wont be disappointed. Hope this helps you out and cheers!
They get you in and out even if theres a wait. The only bummer is parking sometimes can be a problem. Best to park on the street. Ive been going here for years. haircuts make you feel great and Kiko,s gets you in and out.
Ive gotten my hair cut at Kikos for years, the stylists are very courteous, polite, and professional. The prices are very reasonable and currently they have a very thorough protocol to maintain personal distance and require patrons to wear face masks. Highly recommend.
Wow I think they should have a kids menu haircut they they want to charge you the same as an adult I think $30 is way exaggerating personal opinion.
Great Haircut &Price Very Friendly people
Sergio is the best barber in town.
Gordo best barber in town been going to him for years. Probably over 20 years now. Great prices also not like other places charging outrageous prices
Always great cuts here
This place is home to the bad haircut. They also cut a lot of children’s hair, so HEAD LICE is inevitable. The waiting area seating is extremely uncomfortable. They lack professionalism. I would AVOID getting a haircut by DANNY at all costs. Don’t do it. (He is the gentleman at the Second chair on the right) . The gentleman that once gave good haircuts quit this place. So I believe any of the good reviews for Kiko’s belonged to him and him only. I recommend finding another place unless all you want is a jail house buzz cut with a few knicks here and there. Your neck line may end up crooked too.
I should have walked out before this haircut started.I was seated almost instantly but the barber didnt speak any English. Another barber, I presume to be the owner or manager walked over listened and repeated back what I told her in Spanish. Now, I know enough Spanish to understand that she translated what I asked for pretty well. I asked for a low fade with a number two. The gentleman finished up and showed me my haircut. There were very hard lines in the fade that I had to ask to be blended in. At this point I realized this guy was not licensed to cut hair, nor did he really know what he was doing. The woman came back over and had to do it herself! The shop did not disclose to me that this person was under training or not certified to cut.Overall, the fade is uneven all around, specific directions were not followed regarding the length of the fade, what not to cut and what I actually wanted cut. I am displeased and will never go back, which really is a shame because its so conviently close to where I live.
It is hard as Military personnel always have to have clean cut and this is my spot.. I recommended
Did know how to cut curly hair did ask any question
If you speak Spanish and want good hair cut for a good deal, this yo spot.
This is my favorite place to get my haircut in San Diego. Great price. Friendly staff. Pretty much perfect fades every time.
I have been to a lot of barbers you know those fancy ones that charge 30 dlrs for simple fade and compressed air lol but this one beats them all. Johanna is probably the most skilled barber I have ever had and she is fast plus detailed and the prices are amazing. Thanks Johanna your the best wont find anything better guaranteed.
It was my first time here on a Saturday and it was very busy, but I didnt wait long. I wasnt sure if I was going to have to pull out my broken Spanish but thankfully the barber spoke great English. His name was Daniel by the way. I showed him a picture of the low taper that I wanted and he made it happen. The haircut was great, he took his time and paid great attention to detail. I will definitely be returning. Not to mention you cant beat the $11 price tag.
The best barbershop .All the time I go there
Awesome place. Family atmosphere. Quick and efficient. Amazing value as well, I paid $8 plus tip for a haircut. Cant beat that.
Came in because of the ratings, asked for a taper on the sides got a 1 on the side into a fade basically. I asked to cut my hair in specific parts of my head because i know my hair and i know how it grows, i wasnt saying that she missed a spot here or there. I got a little attitude back and she even took the mirror from my hand and said that she cant cut hair like that cuz cuatomers move. I didnt say anything. I just wanted to see and tell her where. My voice was polite and tired cuz its the morning i was not rude whatsoever and i even tipped her. Shouldnt of have.. Never going there again.
Great Barber shopamazing pricespolite barbersclean environmentgood translation for non spanish speakers
Cheap cut they do decent work, i stick with Kiko
Only 3.5 stars because of parking, cash only and usually a wait with no guarantee you will get the cut you asked for lol. Barbers are really nice and friendly even if you don’t speak Spanish.
Just bad hair cuts... They cant do line ups they make them sideways 😂😂🤣The dont know low fades
Good price and good cuts.
$11 haircuts as of JAN 2016. They dont really know how to cut Asian hair. There was a bit of difficulty communicating in English. Workers and clientele are all Mexican or Latin American. If you have a VERY basic haircut, then theyll get the job done, but if you need anything more than that youll need to speak Spanish. My Tight Taper/Gentlemans haircut turned into an Officers Regulation haircut and I even showed her a picture and she said OK. I knew something was wrong when 1 minute into the haircut, there was a lot of use of a brush on the sides, but by then it was too late. In my entire life I have never had a barber use a brush on my hair.
Really nice small shop and friendly barbers most of them do a really nice job
Great place, been coming here for months.
Great local barber. If youre looking for a haircut without all that fancy stuff...this is the place.
This is a great spot for a clean cut at a great price. I switched over from all of the overpriced spots in sd.

It does not work, ayi, they do not know how to cut it, it should be a better bar, the ones that cut already have their clients
A fast and good service
Good hairdressers
The lady is put to the fart because I told her to lower my hair more
They make good cuts but the price of $ 12.0 for a child is not good for me
So so
