We had such a great AAAA Auto Storage & Park. We left our brand new SUV (a year old) with them for 3 years after getting military orders for overseas. They took excellent care of our SUV, and when it was time to ship it to our next duty station, they were extremely helpful, from transport, to prepping our SUV to ensure it was and ready to drive, and were fast with communication.Once our SUV was delivered on the other side of the country, they followed up to make sure it was delivered and all went well.Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to store vehicles, short or long term! Kevin and his staff took care of my classic car for almost six years while I was overseas. When I did visit they made seamless check out and check back in so I was always able to maximize my driving time. Personally, I had a great experience with AAAA Auto Storage and its staff. I have been using their services since NOV 2008 until DEC 2020. Ive stored over four vehicles. A 2002 Ram 1500 that was repaired, serviced and re-painted while deployed. A 2010 BMW 335i, stored and serviced at my choice of dealer (extra cost of course, but not a problem) and the same truck on another deployment. A 2014 Ram 2500 that was stored and serviced along with a 1970 Pontiac Bonneville. Ron, Kevin and the other staff were always looking to help me find solutions or accommodate my needs with the vehicles. I ended my services with them when I pulled my last vehicle out since I had moved to another state.Every single return from deployment while on active duty, I would contact them to begin coordinating getting the vehicle out of storage. As long as I did my part, the process went smoothly. Thank you for the patience, the explanations, transactions and attention to detail AAAA took to ensure that my vehicles were taken care of. This is a great place for those who are responsible about their cars, time, and money.

Where do I start? I’ve been dealing with these guys on and off for years and they’ve been very accommodating each time despite schedule changes or whatever. I just picked up my husband’s car. He was on deployment and I needed a quick place to store his car until he got back. They worked with me to give us exactly what we needed, at a reasonable price. They communicated effectively. Every transaction was simple and effortless. When I came to pick up the car, everyone was friendly and they even jump started the car for me (they offered to replace the battery but my husband wanted to go to the dealer). After realizing how expensive it’d be to get it done at the Audi dealer, I called them back to see if they could replace the battery for me. They agreed and replaced it for a very reasonable price. Awesome experience and I’d definitely recommend/ use them again.

This is the best business to store your vehicle at in the Southern California area.We were a bit apprehensive about storing our sons car for him but Kevin and the employees put us at ease the minute we arrived. We very much appreciate the excellent service we receive from AAAA Auto Storage & Park. We keep our car there so we can pick it up when we fly into San Diego. We email to advise our arrival date and time, as well as our date & time for drop off. We and/or our adult children pick car up about once every six weeks to use while in the area. The car is always ready and clean. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I researched facilities near San Diego airport and I am very happy that I chose AAAA Auto Storage. Our car has been stored there for 18 months. We based our decision on reviews and the long time family ownership of the business. The Greene Family and their team are the best in the business! While I keep my vintage car in San Diego, I live in Brooklyn and, as I work on various restoration projects, they are always willing to take pictures and measurements for me so I can prep parts and modifications from 2,400 miles away. They take care of my car as if it was their own and always go the extra mile!

I recently returned to San Diego and called to retrieve my 1992 Nissan 300ZX from storage. From the beginning of our exchange I was met with nothing but helpfulness from their team of professionals. Kevin Greene stands out as a particularly wonderful individual. As soon as he found an issue with my vehicle he called me and laid it all out for me. AAAA has a good relationship with some shops in their area and Kevin was able to get my car looked at promptly before I picked it up. He even took care of the diagnosis fee! Turns out I have a couple of injectors that arent working. My experience with AAAA Auto Storage made me feel like I was a part of the Greene family. I didnt have to worry about diagnosing the issues from 5 years in storage by myself and was able to rely on the top notch professionals at AAAA. 10 out of 10 absolutely would store another vehicle here again. 100% would recommend AAAA to anyone looking for quality service both in and out the door.

Kevin and his staff took care of my vintage vehicle (1965 Mustang) over a 12 years period, from 2006-2018. In that time, AAAA kept the car clean and running, and always responded promptly to my phone calls and emails.Upon deciding to sell the car, of which I had no prior experience in sales, Kevin offered to attempt to sell it for me at a modest commission, and proceeded to a.) deep clean the vehicle, b.) replace the battery, c.) suggest a range of asking price based on other online auctions of comparable Mustangs, and d.) listed the car for auction online with photographs and write-up done by AAAA.After only a week to accomplish all the things listed above, Kevin managed to sell the car for me $2000 greater than I had originally agreed to, handled the paperwork transfer with the new owner and the DMV, and handled the bank transfer of cash to me remotely. All of this was seamless.I had dreaded the task of selling the car, and AAAA made it easy and painless. Very friendly and conscientious service. I recommend contacting AAAA Auto Storage for all.

I stored two vehicles with AAAA storage while stationed overseas for two years. They took excellent care of both my cars (Lexus ES350 and Nissan GTR) in their indoor facility. They were always available for questions and were understanding when a stolen credit card let to temporary billing issues half way through my deployment. Upon my return, both cars were washed and cleaned prior to pickup and looked better than when I turned them in. After a slight change in plans, they made arrangements to ship one of my cars to my new duty station. They also assisted me in the replacement of an old battery (8 years) when it finally gave up. Kevin and the whole team were absolutely top notch and I wont hesitate to use their facility again for my next deployment....best in my 21 years of deployments!

I have trusted this business twice with my car and Ive had two great experiences.On the first occasion, Ive had my Dodge stored when I was studying abroad. I wasnt there to drop it off myself, so I had my friend drop it off. As long as you let AAAA know, theyre fine with that. Theyve lived up to expectations and took good care of the car; when I picked it up 4 months later, it was as if I had never dropped it off - the transition was seamless.On a different note, you have to have the self-awareness to let them know when youre going to be picking up your car so they can get it ready for you.Now, on the second occasion, I only had my car stored for about 3 days. How so? Well, I moved to Europe and had no use for the car anymore. I left it at AAAA to be sold. Dont get short-changed at a dealership, get the car to AAAA. They got the word out, and on day 3 it sold. They took care of the paperwork required and transferred the money into my bank account at a very reasonable price.All this goes to show how flexible and professional the business is - I can honestly and heartily recommend this business to anyone.

Kevin and his team have been looking after my late husband’s vehicle, which he left with them several years ago when returning to the UK. After he sadly passed away, Kevin and the team have been absolutely fantastic in looking after it, arranging for the necessary repairs and coordinating all of the necessary paperwork to get it in a condition for sale, all from a long distance. They have also been incredibly patient with us while we tried to work out what to do. All in all, we’ve been very impressed and are very grateful for all their help. Highly recommended!

Active duty military do not use this company!!!I had my truck in storage with is company for over two years. When I was returning to California, I gave them about three months notice that I would be coming back. I was going to be on a tight time line do to schools and class start dates. During my correspondence with them they informed that they would be able to get my truck registered and smog before I returned as long as I had insurance on the truck for at least a month prior to returning.When the smog process started they informed me that a check engine light and come on and they would need to get it checked out. I give them the go ahead they tell me it’s an 02 sensor that needs to get replaced. Knowing that they go out a lot I’m ok with this, $256 later they still have an issues they come back and tell me it’s the catalytic converter that’s gone bad and I’m missing a sticker on my intake that is needed for the smog. All this is brought up about a week before I return to California. When you’re PCSing this is not what you want to hear on a short time line. 1st I know the sticker was on my truck before I left because I had just gotten the smog done oh and btw I had both catalytic converter‘s replaces too.I informed the that I didn’t really trust what was going on and I would take care of it myself when I returned. After I picked up my truck I started noticing a few issues 1st the tail gate handle was broken, they had replaced a battery and when they did the broke the windshield fluid line. lastly and this one I can’t prove but they were supposed to rotate the tires to prevent flat spots from forming I do not believe this was done.Kevin tried to tell me that they would send me money for the handle and would not pay for the damaged line. Due to all the issues and the knowing that I am already out of state I’m kind of stuck at this point. I got them to agree to pay the labor but that whole process was a massive pain with Kevin telling me that it’s not that big of a deal and that legally don’t have to pay for any damage to the truck because it already left their property.When I get the truck I take it to a trusted mechanic he tells me everything on my truck is fine he resets the Computer and says take it for a drive and come back tomorrow and we will smog it. Guess what it passes and I can get it registered the same day.I’m pretty sure that these guys take advantage of active duty because they know we do not have the time to try and fight them on wrong doings. So if you do use them please be careful and take as many photos or video to protect yourself.

I stored my 2011 BMW 328i there for an 8 month deployment which turned into me being gone for a year. Not only did Kevin take care of my car, at my request he found the best deals to get my wheels refurbed, new leather to replace cracked leather, new gaskets for doors, paint chips repainted and the oil changed plus new spark plugs. He made sure I got the best deals and had them all completed before I got back. The car looked and drove amazing when I got back. Best car storage hands down for long term storage. I stored my Prius here while I was out of town for a few months traveling. Ultimately it turned out to be a good experience. I did get a little concerned right before I was going to pick it up when they let me know they were having trouble starting the car and that my battery might be dead, but Kevin was very communicative and responsive keeping me updated with the status, and ultimately they were able to get the battery fully charged in time for pickup, and vehicle started as it usually did.Plus, the car was given one of the best car washes I have ever seen here in San Diego. They offer long-term indoor and outdoor vehicle storage. Indoor storage is slightly more expensive. For a fee you can also get in/out privileges. They maintain the stored vehicles (e.g. keep tires inflated and battery charged), and they keep all vehicles on the ground level (some other places use lifts). This is a family owned business that has been running about 35 years. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend these guys.

Amazing service and facility! Stored my Harley there for 3-1/2 months and decided to have it shipped back. They were so helpful in making sure the bike was completely ready to go for the shipping company, including figuring out a way to fasten the helmets to the saddlebags so they could ship with it. I would leave my bike or car with them any time.

Ive stored my car here twice and both times Ive been happy with both the check-in/out process and the condition of my car. They have indoor and outdoor storage for great prices, they drive the car inside the lot/garage for short times periodically to keep your fluids from stagnating, and if you have a trickle charger they can plug it in while its in storage.
