I recently had my clutch replaced after unexpectant going bad. Very pleasant experiences working with all staff members, I primarily worked with Ernesto. Every time I called someone picked up quickly and I got the information I was looking for and my car runs awesome after they fixed it.

Fantastic prices took in my Chevy Tahoe. They had me in & out with a new fuel pump in just a few hours. Gave me coffee & a bagel. Just like the guy said they treated me like family. But the kind that like you. Not the kind that consider you the out cast😊

One of the best auto shops Ive dealt with. Customer Service is great. Fadi was very honest and worked with my warranty to get the repairs I needed asap. He made sure that everything was taken care of and even waived some fees. I would recommend this place to anyone I know who needs repairs.

This place is highly recommend. Fadi treats you like family. He goes above and beyond. They do great work and are very fairly priced often times doing more than you came in for. I just took my Mercedes here for oil change & service. Great deal on service, it was actually cheaper than I would be able to buy the parts and oil for if I did it myself. They also fixed a brake light issue that has been intermittent. The cost for them to do all this was less than half of what I would have paid at the dealership for just the service. They found a crack in one of my rims and they offered to take care of the repair for me there, and they even recommended a place close by that would do it for cheaper if I wanted to go there. If you own a Mercedes and havent been there I would suggest you give them a shot because in my opinion it is well worth it.

Needed my brakes done in an afternoon and they jumped right on it & even stayed late to get them done right! Fair price & great customer service 👍🏻👌🏻

Took my mercedes here for repair after being gouged by a different place. The mechanics were great! They outline everything that needed to be fixed. After I told them that I couldnt afford to fix everything at once they were more than willing to describe to me which parts needed to be fixed right away, and which parts could wait a little.

I love this place. I have been coming to faudi for 6y. He never takes advantage of ya. I have never had a problem with my xb. I bought it at 60000 from siry and now have 228000 on it. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

Great customer service, good prices

I am totally surprised by any negative review of this place. Faudi is who I always speak with and so far he has taken great care of all of my servicing needs. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse - I love my car and despite the pressure to get a new one from friends/family, Faudi makes sure that every time I get my car back it is like new - when my A/C broke - He made sure to communicate and comfort me that he would have it blowing like Antarctica! And he did it, and for a REALLY good price - and believe me I shopped around.Since then, I have done spark plugs, transmission fluid exchange, battery and air filter service, rotors and breaks, and small fix with my windshield wiper functioning. Again, I got an estimate from the dealer before going to Faudi and he definitely came under their costs with excellent service. As for upselling, I asked him if he thought I should do a power steering flush due to mileage, and HE DID NOT UPSELL me. He was honest and told me that I did NOT need it yet.Honest, reasonable prices, great at communication, and Faudi makes you feel important. I am not sure what else you would want in a mechanic. They have to make money too, so maybe any negative reviews are based on entitled people who think they deserve way too much???ALSO THEY GUARANTEE THEIR WORK - if you are not happy, then communicate with them - dont just write bad reviews.Personally, I obviously HIGHLY recommend!

I was shopping for a vehicle and came across the SIRY AUTO GROUP website through Auto Trader and liked a couple of the cars that they had. I contacted the number listed and they forwarded me to a different number where the cars was. I spoke to a young man over the phone by the name of Ronnie and he was very helpful and so I went in to see the cars. After spending a good while taking the couple cars that I was looking to buy on a test drive, I decided to make arrangements to have the car inspected by my mechanic of 12 years (mind you Siry has their own service center) Ronnie was kind enough to have the car delivered to my mechanic in Santee, the car passed with flying colors and because of the excellent service and the honest treatment I received from Ronnie (and his manager John), I not only bought the car, but have now been using their service center as well. My step son and daughter- in-law have also bought a car with Siry Auto Group and so far we are all very pleased.Thanks Ronnie and John, you have earned our families business for both sales and the service center.
