I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Nancy Thai regarding my homeowner’s insurance coverages a few days ago. She was knowledgeable and professional. She took time to explain each of the coverages and pointed out that I may be under insured for the square footage of my house.  She explained that the cost of rebuilding a house has increased and recommended that I consider increasing the amount of coverage to keep pace the current labor cost. Earlier this week, I called into the office to see if this insurance company would be a better experience than the insurance company that I currently have. A young boy name Twain, I think, he provided me all the reasons why I should chose State Farm, like it would be more expensive than my current, but they are here for the quality rather than the price. It was so refreshing to here something from a different companys goals and what they want to pursue. Unfortunately I wont be a part of it since my income is unstable at the moment, but would recommend it to others.

Lately, I have been thinking of getting a life insurance for my family and I. And because of it I’ve been looking at some company that provide a right policy that will be beneficial for my family, then I step upon this insurance company, Nguyen-Muth State Farm Insurance. When I first called Tuan, the office assistant, picked up and ask me what did I need. I told him, and he then explain all of the life policies that they provided and how each of them work. In addition to that he was so sweet and kind to me, I really appreciate it. After talking to him I ask him to transfer me to an agent to provide me with some of the quotes to compare which one would be fitting with what I need. He then transfer me to Linh who was an expert with those life policies!!!! She was so knowledgeable with it and knew what was best for me after I told her what I needed. I love these two people so much!!! And I would suggest my friends, relatives and co workers to this company.

This was a very disappointing experience that I endured with this agency. I have been a State Farm customer for over 15 years and have never been left with such a bad taste in my mouth. I requested a refund and nothing was processed on my behalf and then when I asked to speak with the agent in charge Theresa she is conveniently at a conference not on vacation but a conference. I am an executive for a large corporation and my employees are fully capable of reaching out to me and having me contact a customer because customers should come first. Apparently for this agency that is not the case. Everyone State Farm agency I have been with in other states gave 100 times better service than this place. I planned on being a State Farm customer for life but because of this agency I had to cancel my policy all together.
