Increased rates 20% without notice and poor customer service. When I called about the rate increase I didnt feel like a valued customer. Guy basically said, thats how it works so deal with it. No attempt to justify my rate increase.They dont care about customer retention. I made a mistake by going with this agent.

I can never get anyone to answer the phone here.
