Richard is an amazing person and agent, he always stays on top of things and makes sure everything is in order for all of our policies.When someone hit my daughters car I sent him a message early in the morning before business hours and surprisingly he picked up the phone and called me right back making sure everything was alright as well made a point to follow up a few times making sure that the repairs were being handled and that my daughter was still doing well.I will recommend Richard and his Allstate team to everyone.
