So I have been with this office for 9 years, had a fender bender last week. Left a message at 2:00 pm Thursday for a call back (as they didnt answer), explaining I had a fender bender and had some questions. I called one other time at 4:00 and they didnt answer. Its the following Thursday afternoon at almost 2:00 and they have yet to call me back. Worse customer service experience. I like State Farm though. I have had them for 25 years, so I just switched agents.

Best place to get insurance. I have been doing business with Richard Blakes office for several years. Very honest and trustworthy.

Best service and best people. I have never had an issue and they always respond promptly.

Very disappointed in his staff .. Been a customer for years and when life happens and I get behind they office was very dismissive and rude so now Im with GEIGO and its way cheaper and much much better... THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COME HERE...
