Great State Farm rep, and wonderful service. We started working with Ricks office when we first moved to San Diego from Canada, and they really guided us through the learning curve of getting acquainted with the way insurance is done (differently) here in the US.We have (unfortunately) had to make a couple of claims (auto & home) and the service from Ricks office, as well as direct from State Farm were AMAZING. Fast, thorough, and painless. We got a check way faster than expected.
