Straight robbed for hundreds of dollars.( I still use them as my insurance cause I dont want to loose money )$400 to start policy2 weeks later change another $180 to reinstate policy cause lost card.Explained the situation and got no help..

BUYERS BEWARE OF THE LIES, ROBBERY AND UNTRUTHFUL EMPLOYEES (BAIT AND SWITCH). On Saturday 3/14/20 i was purchasing a new vehicle. I called an EL CENTRO, CA local agent who promised me waiving startup fees with good rates and both the agent and manager quoted me a reasonable fee for full coverage. However they could not finalize the deal cause they were closing so they transferred me to the Mission Valley store in San diego.THIS IS WHERE IT PLUMMETS TO THE GROUND FOLKS.I get transferred to a kid named RAFFIE or something. I relay the information of waived starting costs and my low quote with all the terms stated from the previous agent. RAFFIE agrees and says YES! we can do this and i will even throw in FREE at no cost to you our road side assistant program. I then proceed to tell him as long as it doesnt push the rate up from where i was quoted. At the end of the conversation he sends some agreement papers and since i was at the dealer they needed the insurance to allow me to get off the lot. TRUSTING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ITS EMPLOYEES THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE HONESTLY WITH INTEGRITY AND WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS BEST INTEREST AT HEART (yea right) only later to find out i signed and was charged a STARTING COSTS (not waived) $20.00 dollar processing fee like WOW. And the policy was over 40% the original quote!And no roadside assistance!Not only did RAFFIE not deliver on his promises he also would not send me my temporary insurance, i had to call back multiple times until the assistant manager KEVIN sent it to me. I couldnt leave the dealership without it.Now i call 3/19/20 just 5 days later to discuss everything i have found wrong with the policy and NOT WHAT I AGREED ON. They say i can cancel and only receive a portion of my insurance fee, i still have to pay the $200.00 commission fee for the broker. As if to tha k them for sewing me over. When asked to speak to said broker or MANAGER Im told there is not a single supervisor or manager in until 1 day prior to my payment due date which is on 3/28/20. Hm gee what a coincidence right? They say that there is a contract that i have to pay the fee no matter what ( Yea no matter if we lied to you just to have you sign). PKEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. NO ONE WAS ANSWERING EVERYONE WAS DODGING MY CALLS ON A POLICY. IMAGINE HOW IT WILL BE IF ANYONE EVER FILES A CLAIM. YOU MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE THEN TO COURT JUST TO GET THE CAR REPAIRED. HA! I CANT EVEN FATHOM. I HOPE SOMETHING IS DONE SOON, THIS PRACTICE SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED! RUN IF YOU STILL CAN. This speaks volumes for the company as a whole.

BEWARE... worst company I have dealt with, I wanted to pay for a full year of insurance. We agreed to the price, took the time over the phone which was over an hour to sign all documents and gave them the payment in full. They told me my insurance card would be emailed to me in a couple of minutes. I went to work and hours later check my email and nothing. So I called back and they said that the company wanted more money aka (they forget to add their fees or tried to scan me) and said it would cost me 400 more than what I already paid. Having a bad taste in my mouth I said no please refund my Money back to me. They eventually after along time said that it would take 4 hours max 24-48 hours depending on my bank. It has now been a week and still have not got my money back and when I called their accounting they said that it just got processed today so it will take an addition 72 hours. This is not a way to do business.

Shayla swindled me into stealing a hard earned $254 from a family man before Christmas. She told me all I had to put down was $254 I then decided I wasnt going to buy the car I bought insurance for. I then called the next day to cancel and was told I had to email over a hand written letter in which I did. Two days go by and then I got concerned and called they then said my policy is cancelled and I would be recieving a partial refund of $88 which is outrageous. They then told me I needed a Unwind letter from the dealership stating I didnt purchase the car. After contacting the dealership numerous times I finally got it from the General Manager today. Also I woke up this morning and was harrassed by another agent of the name Victor Vizcarra he told me he was calling to find out why my payment of $180 was declined today. I completely lost it because I had no idea my account was going to be charged again without my knowledge when I cancelled my policy 24hrs after starting it. This guy provided me with some of the worst customer service I have ever received in all my years alive. He was rude extremely unprofessional and enraged me to the point to where I was screaming at him asking for his supervisor and he refused and continued to harass me. I now filed complaints with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and Ill be going as far as I can to reach the top of the totem pole scandalous business practices like this need to be held accountable!

I am a first time driver and am very satisfied with Freeway Insurance. I felt that Hugo Gallegos went out of his way to help me find an affordable plan with lower monthly payments than everywhere else I quoted (Statefarm, Allstate)... he did an excelent job explaining how the coverages work and he also offered different options so I didnt feel any second hand pressure as I have felt in other places.

Im now a customer, and couldnt be less happy with everything about my policy.Well start at the beginning. I was told on the phone that they could help me insure both my cars for around $500. Since this was the lowest quote I had heard yet, I chose to come in. Once I spoke with a representative, I was told that I would be purchasing a year policy with 50-100-50 through progressive for the price of $1283. This was already terrible, but once I signed the paperwork, It turns out that I actually purchased a 6-month policy with 25-50-25 coverage. I did the math and that means that I paid $887 to Progressive and $396 to Freeway for the pleasure. I was told that they price match, but Progressive is quoting me $775.80 for the coverage I was told I was getting, and $723 for the coverage I have.To sum it up, I would strongly suggest anyone thinking about going here just go to Progressives web site and use their recommended coverage, because it will be cheaper and easier than going to Freeway.

Avoid this insurance agency..I was involed in a car accedent, I called the insurance company that FreeWay office set me up with, and here what happened.The 1-800 i called was forewared to a cell phone number, the guy spoke with an accent. the first think he told me with out seeing the police report was that its my fault and that i am reponsible for the cost of the accedent. the main point is that the company did not exist and i end up paying about 60K from my bocket.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY Before calling going or even thinking about freeway call the real insurance egents. Like DASHERS GEICO And I mean anyone other then this conpany. They are a rip-off.
