We are happy with our brokers from Allstate and how helpful they are with helping us find whatever we need to insure our homes, cars, and others. They were able to find a company that will insure our home posing “high fire risks”, when AAA refuse to. Kathy K. Has been so delightful to talk to and made the process so easy and she really tries hard to give us all the discounts we are qualified for. We never had a broker before and it is nice they can do all the quote for us. Also, she was able to provide better coverage and explains certain insurance needs and coverages that made the process a little easier.We are happy we changed our policies with all our cars to Allstate. They also have an app that you can look at from phone with all your policies. Even an app for good driver discounts.

Great family owned company. Timely responses by phone or email. They always try to find you the best insurance without even asking. Recommended to us by a realtor who has been with them for years.

Had been with Allstate for over 20 years, but recently did an analysis of all our insurance plans and USAA came out a Scosh better in price for bundling our home, auto and umbrella. Also the responsiveness and professionalism of USAA reps was beyond comparison. (Ie, when a client calls to get an estimate don’t yell to the back room for a number, at least not while client is on the phone. Sounds like you just pulled the number out of the air. Also, it helps if Reps are well trained and professional. And return your call with information in a timely manner. Oh and their phone attitude doesn’t convey “I’m not happy with my job.”)

Prepare yourself for a small town experience with people who treat you as an individual. No 800 numbers for customer service here.Everything is handled face to face or over the phone, at my convenience. Really.Dont believe the hype when it comes to the commercials about 15 minutes could save you 15% because its not accurate. I am a shopper and can tell you that these guys are the best when it comes to my bottom line. Combine that with service and working with this group becomes a no-brainer.Call them up, ask for Dan or Mike and go in and have a sit down or just discuss options over the phone.
