Mr. Milbur was always very courteous and did return calls fairly promptly o my issue with him is not customer service, it is actually because of the company that he goes through to issue the actual car insurance. They charge twice as much as Allstate or Geico and they have the worst customer service ever. Ask Jeffrey for the name of the company and google or yelp them and you will see both sites rate is as 1 Star. It is 100% my fault that I didn’t research other companies before I signed up under Jeffrey because I trusted him to give me a competitive rate but then I found out they were charging me double that Allstate would. Do yourself a favor and get your auto insurance through another company and don’t make the same mistake as I did.

Out of a lot of other insurance agents I have worked with, Jeff Milbers office has been the most supportive and professional Ive dealt with. Ive had renters insurance through Jeff for the last several years, and this year was the year I had to use it. I was displaced in a major fire which was a very difficult experience.This process would have been way more difficult if I didnt have renters insurance through Jeff.
