This office is nothing but fraud. I just called to get a quote and since they already had my info from previous policy they went and started a new policy with out my consent. They charge my card and I didnt realize they was charging until 3 months later. I wouldnt recommend these people.

It’s very unfortunate I had to deal with a non-professional, unresponsive, insurance agent. Karla gaytanThe time came when it was time for us to look for a local insurance agency for our vehicle we got 10/07/2020We totally regret it! We were able to get a quote in Insurance the same day, pretty fast she was very responsive than but then when we had an issue when our policy went up from $184 to $300 for one 2018 vehicle Because we wanted to see what the deductible would be if we changed it from $1000 deductible for $184 and a 500$ deductible would have been $300 a month! We didn’t request such change, we requested a calculation of how much it would be nor did we sign the updated policy documents she sent us. They stated policy would be canceled on the customer portal if we don’t pay the extra 300 on top of the 189 we already paid and when we called and emailed her about it she had an assistant of hers return our call, I then told him that I want to speak with her directly and he called me back a couple days later trying to explain the same thing he said the first time I called him and that the system automatically cancels the policy or updates a policy.I then emailed her not once but three times, with not one single reply.My last email stated please reply to me by end of business day or I will have to seek help and assistance from someone above her as she was Incompetent to do so.She may be used to everyone’s policy working out for them but when someone’s policy doesn’t she shuts you off and doesn’t know how to handle it.They cancel policy 12/08/2020. We got the insurance and car in 10/07/2020.We really wanted to like Allstate since we have Great driving record, 25 years old and discount rate was including in the original quote.Save your money your time and your effort and switch to a different insurance company and agent.*update 8/28/2021 they STILL sent us a bill for 300$*
