We have had insurance with Dave Murphy State Farm for over 25 years, The office is very responsive and provides excellent customer service. Simply the BEST!

With wildfires and the ever present earthquake risk here in San Diego, homeowners insurance is a major concern of ours. We have been with State Farm through Dave Murphy for years and my time spent with Jayden Fishbein reviewing our policies (auto, as well) today absolutely reinforced that decision. I will admit that I have occasionally shopped to compare prices and have always remained with Dave and State Farm. I believe we are getting great value and great service!

Ive been with state farm for years. Today I worked with a woman named Liz for the first time and she is amazing! She was so kind and helpful and patient with me. I will always work with her!

My wife joined me to the insurance of her car. After couple time she discovered that State Farm is charging us 100% more / double price just for added another person to the insurance - they charged us two times, she called to Dave Murphy’s office to decline my name from insurance of her car/ but phone call are not enough- to decline someone, you have to fill up form which is sent by Dave Murphy’s employees, employee which talk with my wife says that she or he can send it for email / when my wife joined me to this insurance employees Dave Nurphy’s didn’t ask about the day when first time I got drive license especially that I am 30 years old and they recognize that the day issued from actual drive license is the day when I got first US drive license, they didn’t tell about extra fees, . After few Days since my wife wanted declined me from the insurance I went to talk with Dave Murphy because still we didn’t receive form but he was absent so I spoke with him wife / Renee Murphy told me that they are sending documents the same or next day and only by traditional post/not emails but in theirs system the day was few days after phone call and still we didn’t receive any form. They are not recording phone calls to check what employees said . She was not able to show me any proof that they sent this form / information about the day when form was sent was based about theirs system. they are layers. I think that people on Russian Market are more honest than Murphy’s.
