Your agency is wonderful, my only two concerns are prices keep going up every 6 months. And the second, in case of an accident your agency and Allstate headquarters are in a different page regards the process to follow and it makes very difficult and time consuming not to consider annoyed.Best RegardsThank you

HORRIFIC experience. After switching insurers to Allstate, at a higher rate to accommodate tenant’s dogs, I immediately regretted it.My policies was never impounded. My earthquake policies were never enacted. Once these gross oversights were addressed, they messed up my payments multiple times.Calling their office, is like calling a preschool. The level of ineptitude is mind numbing. It takes them 30 minute holds to find files, only to end up telling you the actual insurer is busy or closed!I had the absolute worst luck being put into contact with Sarah, an alleged “office manager”. She is entitled, inept and horrifically rude! I am canceling my four over-priced policies and never interacting with the SHAM of an insurance office again!NEGATIVE 👎🏿 TEN STARS!!!

I am delighted with the service that Allstate agency has been providing for me this last couple of months. Even from the start, when I was quoted for the free estimate, the young lady at the office was very nice and knowledgeable enough to provide me with firm responses to all the questions I had with no hesitation. I was even happier to know they had an office near my home to where I could go in person(not over the phone) to fix any issues or questions. Once I went into the office I received an even better service from the manager, he has a very enthusiastic attitude that gave me comfort in knowing I was insured with a good company.

Getting car insurance might be difficult but after receiving my auto insurance I would never go to a different insurance. Allstates customer services in unbelievable, especially the Donald Sewell Agency. I recommended this agency to all my friends and family.

Very poor experience on behalf of allstate and local office. Went in to change my car insurance from a competitor couple weeks ago. I fully disclosed my driving history to allstate, and was approved for insurance that day. I was told it would not cost money to cancel my current insurance that I had with their competitor. Left feeling good about the experience until things quickly went south. When I went to confirm my old coverage was cancelled I was informed by my old insurance company that there was a cancelation fee, unlike what I was told by allstate. Fast forward to a week and half later, I receive a notice from allstate saying they are automatically terminating my new insurance policy due to my driving record, which is the same exact information I disclosed at time of policy. I went to local office to find out what is going on and was told in so many words that sometimes these things happen...I have now wasted time, resources, and money and have nothing to show for it except breaking the relationship with my previous insurance company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible, never gives you a call back. Just collects the easy money of commissions. Switched my agent to someone that actually seems like they care.
