Just got off the phone with Samantha and spoke to Brian Friday afternoon. This office is the reason why I stick with Allstate Insurance. They always return my calls, respond to emails, and have a great attitude while doing so. You guys are doing great, keep up the great customer service!
I would highly recommend this Allstate Agency because every time I have had to file a claim, you have helped me figure out what/how to do that. As a first time homeowner who doesnt fully understand how insurances work between my home and the HOA, I was really glad that Brian and his team were there to help me understand. I feel like this group really does care about their clients because of all the help they have provided us and will continue to provide us.
They take care of our requested insurance needs efficiently. They are a stream of constant helpful information and they never try to sell you something that you dont need. I have been a customer for over 25 years.
Brian and his team are amazing. Brian is so interested in the details of your life to make sure you get exactly what you need. Hes not looking to oversell, he is there to build last relationships and he and his team are very caring and professional.
I really don’t understand why this location got some of these 1-star reviews but Samantha and Brian are the best in the city, and I’ve been insured with many other companies before I got here. They will give you a warm feeling with good hands, and are by far, the easiest people to deal with.Thank you Samantha!!
Awful service. Brian McMullen seemingly embraces the belief being politely disrespectful is an acceptable means of communication. I disagree. In conjunction with his disrespect has been an apparent and systematic lack of communication that has resulted in detrimental consequences. In my opinion, the McMullen group does not offer a premium service or a level competence you would expect from an Allstate agent.Based upon my experience with the McMullen group, if you have multiple cars, a homeowner policy and umbrella policy, I would look elsewhere for an agent.
My experience was really fantastical, why? Because as soon that you get into the office, they make you feel like home, and everyone ready to help you..is just amazing...
I am trying to reach someone in the office ASAP but no one is answering. Can someone please get back to me??
Samantha Horiye was awesome, very quick and painless and also found ways to lower my insurance without me asking! Will definitely refer people to her.
Brian McMullen insurance in San Diego, CA has failed to close my account. After many attempts by ME to contact them about a policy I cancelled, I am being harassed by a collection company. I was never notified it was going to collections and I have not received a call back from Brians offices after multiple calls from me!I am assuming my policy had an extra month of billing (I assume, since I have not been contacted) for a petty $38.70. Insurance ended on Aug 1, 2016. I have received monthly bills since then. I have written cancelled on all and returned, but they keep coming. NO ONE has ever contacted me from his offices. At this point I have wasted more than $38 of my time trying to resolve this situation.Save yourself the hassle and go to GEICO. Not to sound like a commercial, but I DID actually save over $600 a year on my homeowners policy I switched away to GEICO. Partially because Brian McMullens office had me incorrectly insured. I had a few other policies with them, ALL of which cost less for the same coverage, saving me $100s by pulling all my policies, except that last one… ugh!I am very disappointed by their complete lack of communication, including the poor job they did getting me insurance in other areas. Complete failure as an insurance provider. I will NEVER recommend or use Allstate again, ever.Note: My issues are STILL unresolved with my closed policy from almost 5 months ago…. idiotic.ADDED DEC 5th, 2017: Your response (4 months after my original post) is not accurate. You NEVER contacted me, the entire time I was dealing with you, I had to call again and again. The resolution was: YOU paid off whatever you thought was the bill and FINALLY canceled the insurance. So... um, yeah, I guess you did figure out a way to get around it. And I WASNT happy when I found out the insurance I had been paying for a couple years was $600 more per year than I needed to be paying because you had a rental insured as if I was living there. Nope, you guys sucked the whole time, I just didnt know it.
