Farmers did an amazing job in a recent flood incident that caused damage throughout our house. They handled the whole situation extremely quickly. From the start, they were on top of how to proceed and kept us informed of the steps and progress. It was impressive.

I wish all services are so customer-oriented and thorough as Mr. Dixons agency. Once a year he invites me for an annual review of all my accounts (kinda Physical Exam) and every time he finds way to either save me some money or to get more services on my money. Maybe there are ways to be insured originally online a little bit cheaper, but the level of professional supervision and Mr. Dixons following through makes a good return on my $$. I was very pleased with the service I received from Farmers after a toilet overflow ruined some flooring in my home.I am not pleased with the amount I am paying for car insurance. I pay over $1000. a year for car insurance. This is an excessive amount for someone who only drives about 2000 miles a year and has never had an accident. My vehicle is 6 years old and I have never seen my insurance costs decrease during that time. Because of this I have been thinking about changing my insurer.

Ive been insured with Doug for nearly 20 years (since I was 18 years old and had to pay my own insurance for the first time). He easily guided me into an auto policy I could afford and covered my situation at the time. Now that Im all grown up, my family and I have multiple policies with him (home, auto, life). Doug is great if you have a claim, or just have basic questions about insurance. His staff is knowledgeable and considerate as well.

I have been with Doug Dixon for over 8 years. At any point in time when I call for a questions or need a form, they are on it and get back to me immediately. He has done so much getting my costs down is always working with me on my budget. Each year he will find another way we can try to cut down on expenses but still hold a good policy from home to car. Another thing that is great is when you call they answer...no machines or voice mail.In the last 5 years I had a tree fall on my daughters car and totaled it out of state and I had a woman hit me while texting and totaled my brand new Sequoia. Doug was there from day one and walked me thru the process and was 100% involved. He took care of all the details and he ended up fighting for me and getting things done timely and correctly. If i could give 0 stars i would! i used to have 5-6 policies with this office and spent a ton of money until every policy was somehow screwed up double payments, cancellations, all due to zero follow up with mortgage companies and me. i finally got all my policies out of there hands and now im finding out after 18 months that they have been billing my mortgage company for a policy that was already transferred to another company a year ago! Do yourself a favor and go with someone else if you are considering them.
