I had a difficult issue with no indicator lights. Victor and his team diligently worked on my Kia Rio until they found and fixed my car issue. They were communicative at every step with an issue that was difficult to find. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I know I can count on them to do everything in their power to figure out the issue, keep me informed, and get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I would 100% use Victor’s in the future. They are a gem in the industry.

Ive taken my car to Victors Automotive Center twice, and had great quality service done on general repairs. I consider myself a car guy but there are some things that are better done in a shop.For those things Im grateful that by happenchance I found Victors Automotive in a google search. Victors Automotive Center has fantastic service with competitive market pricing. The quality of work they did last time was on point. I checked bolt tension they were exact and I was very happy to bring my car back again. Id highly recommend this place to anyone that loves or even likes their car a little bit. Victor is a total crook. Wish I could leave a zero star review. He tried to overcharge me by $200 beyond what the original estimate was. When I said that didnt sound right he spent 10 minutes clicking around his computer and finally said he double-checked the parts and they were actually a lot cheaper. So instead of $850 all of a sudden it was $650. Then he still tried to tack on the diagnostic fee which I already paid and they had told me I would be credited back once I got the work done. So he should have been charging me $550 but was still trying to charge me over $700.On top of that he was trying to tell me to go to a suspension expert to get my leaf springs taken care of even though I had just replaced them. Probably trying to drive business to his buddy. This guy looks and talks like a used car salesman. Beware.

Ive used Victors Automotive Center from changing my hybrid battery to oil change to changing tires. I keep coming back because they have the best service and very professional. The owner and the staff are very personable and will greet you with cheer. They back up their services with such professionalism and care. Great customer service and I highly recommend this business to everyone.

Friendly shop, with great and fast service, from well qualified service techs. Victor is also just a great guy who genuinely want to help. I get my oil changes done there, and they always let me know what else I should get done, to keep my car running smoothly. But they dont push it. They tell you exactly what you need and when. They got me in right away due to an incident that happened at a uhaul facility. I would trust these guys with any of my vehicles. The owner even helped keep my cost down on what had to be fixed.

What a breath of fresh air! real people who are actually in the business of taking care of your needs and not just trying to make as much as they can off of you. Victor asked me how much are you looking to spend and then told me what items he would recommend first, to make sure that we get the most important things done. not just quote me to fix everything when some items could wait a month or two. What a great business! I recommend anybody that wants honest great work and service come here.

Great place to take your vehicle, Victor will treat you with the respect you deserve and not try to empty your wallets. He is very honest, telling you what you need and what can wait. I went to this shop and it was a whole new experience. Everyone their helped out Victor is a very honest person and doesnt try to cheat you into something you dont need.I really trust him with my car he really lets me know what I need and what can wait. I get alot for my budget.I told what I wanted and a price and he got it done.Highly recommend to everyone.Once you go there there is no where else you want to go.

Victor at Victors Automotive should occupy the entire block he is on. He is two things you cant find in the same place in So. Cal. He is honest and he is reasonable. He is also VERY GOOD at what he does but those other two things are SO important that you should try his shop. One time and youll never go anywhere else.

These people have a license to steal from customers. They charged money for parts they didnt install, did not fix the problem and ended up charging 300 plus dollars for labor. We still had to tow the car away wasting even more money. A true rip off.
