After having one of the worst days of my life I go to leave work and my car breaks down on the highway. Not only did RoadOne respond within 30 mins, they charged me 1/3 of the other quotes I got and dispatch (Crystal) as well as driver Rex were great.Concerned about keeping me as well as my car free from harm, Rex was extremely nice and knowledgeable. From helping me troubleshoot what may be wrong with my car on the drive back to even pushing my car in neutral to help me get in a parking space. Rex and RoadOne definitely earned the 5 stars. Thanks again!

One of your tow trucks just came flying down 12th st. In Imperial Beach doing at least 45 miles an hour on a 25 mile an hour residential street. Unacceptable and extremely unsafe!

If negative star is an option I would give them. If you want your collection to be ruined then go right ahead with this auction house. If you want anything else please walk away and dont look back. they will sweet talk you into a deal and once you see that check and their reply...good luck on getting anything back.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! PREDATORY LENDING!!!! My son looked at a car at this location and they attempted to sell him on a 20% lending rate. When he said he was contacting his father for his opinion their demeanor quickly changed. They swiped his debit card in order to attempt the loan process and stalled when returning the money.

Buyers beware! This dealer sells cars which were purchased at an auction, and most of them had been in an accident. Dont trust the CARFAX they show you! Run your own.

Ive been buying and selling at auctions since 1997 from Los Angeles to San Diego and through some Midwest states as well. In 2007 I went to road one on a regular basis. I caught them using people who acted like they were purchasing cars but were actually hiking up bids. I quit going there. I recently returned out of desperation and saw that they stopped the hiking of bids however, NOW they auction cars off and when you go to pay for it, they tell you at the window the vehicle was a Call In?? Thats there way of saying, they wont sell it for the amount you won the bid for, (where its actually called a Reserve). They dont mention this online nor does the auctioneer state it before, during or after he announces the vehicle and sells or auctions it. In fact, Mr. Joe Bradley takes ANOTHER $100 deposit after you think you won the bid and before you try and pay the remainder and are denied. But again, you dont find this out until the auction is over. So now youve wasting A WHOLE DAY thinking youve purchased a car when you havent and they wont tell you until the auction is over where you could have been bidding on the card still running through. WHAT THE HELLO IS THIS? Basically and in reality ROAD ONE is a used car dealer, whos selling LIENED CARS where the tow company will probably sue the last owner for storage and tow fees and lien costs AND WIN but not before he sells the very same vehicle for whatever costs he decides. So now these tow companies get around the required dealership licenses, the costs of INSURANCE and any taxes. Its BULL****! Plus they have the good ole San Diego law enforcement standing behind them. Its pathetic. If youre gonna be a used dealership, them you have to pay the required fees for the insurances and licenses and whatever else there is, just like everyone else. OR do your job right and disclose the status of which the vehicle is being auctioned. NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY SCAMMING BS!
