Read running with some very helpful with the situation as best as I could but they did not let me get any of my personal belongings out of the vehicle thus assisting whatever entity that is trying to prevent me send progress in for including theft of all kinds of belongings that I have possessed and purchased overtime so just be cautious when someones out to get you. You go through any means necessary to fight back. Equal justice for all dot-com.

Because due to no fault of mine (truck was stolen from in front of my house in broad daylight) i cant afford the fees will be over 800.00 by Tuesday(holiday Monday) i have to live off 1000.00 a month until i reach full retirement Im only 64 & disabled so good bye to my American Iron Dodge truck there should be a law. Do you know chp or pd dont take finger prints to try to catch the criminals. So no motivation for the criminals to stop

I had such a lovely experience here at a really difficult time in my life. My car was destroyed in an accident and towed to RoadOne by the Highway Patrol. They made collecting my belongings and releasing the car to my insurance a breeze. Special shout-out to Tony who was incredibly kind and helped me get my belongings out of my crushed truck. I am grateful for their patience and kindness!

Fast service, nice employees

Gabriel the manager helped my situation end positively. I needed a jump start and he showed up within the estimated time frame. He was courteous and engaged - definitely a professional. The best part is that the amount he quoted me was cheaper than the competition and I was not required to give my payment information before services were rendered. Excellent service!

Had my car towed which was completely my fault but the lady at the counter, even after the police came to prove my car was registered legally to me, was determined to not give me my car back. She was honestly so rotten to me up until and even after the police demanded she release my car to me and paying for it. I understand that I parked somewhere I shouldn’t have but if a police officer shows you proof that I am an up to date registered owner of my car then you should treat me with respect and release my car to me. Sorry you’re fat and miserable, but let it go lady. Side note, the young man behind the counter was a sweetheart.

Great customer service if you are their customer. Although Ive been gouged worse in the past, I was also treated with more respect. These guys are right up there at the top of my insult to injury list. when the police or AAA send a company 80 - 100% of their work which presupposes a citizens guilt (unconstitutional) and gratuitously carries the authority of law enforcement or AAA(illigitimate] and allows that company plausible deniability to allowunvetted employees, undocumented access to inventory the property (4th amendment), self-validate the inventory (conflict of interest) and charge daily rent for possession of the property of a person or family(4th amendment), (which in most cases is the most valuable and necessary possession that they own) (or have a lien against), and the law allows for that company to profit from the sale of same property at auction if the owner cannot pay the fees which begin compounding from a time prior to the alleged violation, as if that property had been in their possession the entire time (fee doubling, price gouging), one would think that you would at least provide exceptional customer service, careful handling of said property or at the very least, instruct your employees to refrain from insulting these people who have just been subjected to egregious violations of civil rights requiring punishment to be applied prior to proof of guilt or allowance for condition and intentional multiplication of recourse complexity. Meaning: for one alleged violation the defendant must seek recourse in several places having been automatically convicted and subject to punishment.Roadone may have an exceptional service model; unfortunately, if your car is towed, you are not their customer. Experience shows that your vehicle will be towed whether the violation is legit or not and you will be charged a premium, your vehicle will likely be damaged in the process of towing, you will be charged exorbitant prices for service after 5pm, you will be charged for the full day your vehicle was brought in and the full day that you pick it up unless you pick it up after 5 pm in which case you will also pay an amount equivalent to the full next day. oh and you will have no recourse. thank you for your service Marine, welcome back to America. for customer service 5 stars!

Its not the price that I dislike its the fact that I told my motorhome in by order of San Diego Police Department which had a little tag on it and I lost my motorhome. I got another one though😀

SDPD illegally had my car towed. Road-One returned my car to me and gave me a tip to get refunded for what was considered to be an illegal tow issued by the San Diego Police.
