I was trying to buy a car from IAAI stock #29527103, which was scheduled to be auctioned on Wednesday March the 17 2021, but to my surprise,the car was sold on Sunday March the 14th 2021, and yet comes Wed the 17 it was listed for auction but the car was never given a line number. Cause the car does not exist any more . Why would IAAI, auction sell a car online on a Sunday ?? and yet never mentioned that it was sold on Sunday !!!!!!

Was using IAA for decades but lately IAA live auctions became pure circus,they are jacking every single car with their fake accounts.Waste of time.Probably wont renew my membership next year

EXCELLENT 👌 business, but you might have to be a dealer or exporter to participate and buy vehicles. Clean, very well run and professional. Probably best to check their website out or call first. Hundred plus vehicles sold each week!

Be warned do not buy from here, since no in person previews are allowed because of virus I made a huge mistake buying a car that according to them was run and drive but when I went to pick up the car right front suspension completely messed up and there was no mention of suspension problems on their auction notes. I called and talked to their manager he offered no help and now I am stuck with the car that I would have never purchased have I known it has suspension problem. The way they take pics they always try to be dishonest and hide the main damages. I will be reporting them to BBB.

Unprofessional place security guard looses track of people in line ladies inside dont do their job and by worst the forklift drivers almost hit my truck

Worst IAA experience so far.Was in contact with the manager (Ana) only and cant speak for the rest of the staff, but out of all IAA the branches I did deal with, she is complete opposite to other managers. She’s a very unfriendly and ignorant person. Customer service is non existing. I am not going to do any business with them ever again...

The worst company I have ever worked with. I wouldnt even rate a star! My car was returned to me not working and they have been giving me the run around about my car for months. Unprofessional, liars, never a superviser available. And unorganized!
