Crazy, rude, unprofessional staff. I have never seen people with attitude like the ladies at the reception area.

Horrible customer service. Long waiting time for easy staff, and the people at desk have not enough knowledge. I hope that the owners and their management do something about it.

I got to drive cars in and out of a place where they bid on cars it was really nice however the next week when they found out my drivers license wasnt clear for a full seven month it wont let me drive anymore have to be 7 months clear, Im at 6 months and 5 months so I have to wait a little longer. One positive they paid me a check the very same day

I have been to this place multiple times. Last time I went there, I had an issue with my card and I had to speak to the manager, Jeff. He was really rude, looks at you in weird way and tries to focus on little things when you talk to him and avoid helping you with your main concern. I have been to many Adesa locations and I have never got this experience before.

I was there to do a Car Pickup everything went smooth and easy. Other then having to walk to the back of the lot to get it.But at least it was where they said it was supposed to be.

Stinks of cigarette smoke and car fluids spilling out onto the auction stage, you can not buy a car here unless you own a dealership or are referred here with a dealer licence. Valets who drive the vehicles on stage here are under-paid hobos paid on-call rates through temp agencies. They are forbidden from revving the engine, please do not ask them questions : valets know nothing about what a well running car feels or smells like. The reason why the cars are so cheap is because of undetected internal damage. Obviously one car rating is better than others. Please bring a mechanic here as a consultant who can look at the car before it enters the car line before making your online bid. If you are looking at the car at the last second as it enters the stage, then you are already too late and you will probably be struck by security and cussed out by the stage auctioneer over the microphone in three different languages for sticking your head into the window of a moving car. DO NOT STAND IN FRONT OF A CAR PATH. YOU WILL GET HONKED AT. Time is limited at this auction and you will be removed for repeat offenses of blockage.

I have to make an appointment to pick up my car. Called to get my car back. I have been calling all day with no answer found out at the end before everyone is going home at noon on a Friday. That the person receptionist was send me to was not there today. Ask to talk to GM or a supervisor and ofcourse they are not answering. So I have filed a complaint with the BBB

Horrible! My Jeep was impounded at their yard. When I went to pick up my vehicle the battery was stolen, the child safety guards were removed from the inside of my doors and no one will respond to my calls. Dont ever let your vehicle go to this yard for any reason. Im having the Jeep dealership inspect it now to see what else they stole! I had to rate one star to do this review..... They dont deserve that!!!

From GM to the people at the desk are all horrible and wonder how they are operating at this location with such idiocity. Continuously bad experience from the auction personnel made me look elsewhere to buy vehicles. Good Luck with your attitude and policies. Google does not give an option for a negative stars so I have to pick a star in order to post the review.

If I could I would give them negative! I have been in Mannheim San Diego and the people who work there are very helpful they understand as a dealer you travel a long distance to look at the cars you are buying the next day so they help you find it if it is not where it is supposed to be or even jump it for you if it wouldnt start. This a.holes at Adesa look at you like why you asking me go ask someone else altitude. The people that work there walking around the lot are a.holes. No wonder why Adesa is and always will be last. Didnt find 8 out of 13 cars I came to look at. Mostly Adesa have terrible customer service anywhere but at this particular location is just worse. Never coming back here again thank you for wasting my time.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Let me start off with the fact that this place is unorganized and the workers are extremely lazy and seem not to be to helpful when calling in on the phone to ask questions. I had to pick my car up from this place and when I picked my car up someone stole the airbag out of the drivers side and second there was a dent in the back door as well. stay far away from this place

Im somewhat shocked, the truth is that the dilers prices have nothing to do with auction prices.

The cars are very expensive. I recommend Carmania. Which is in La Media and 905 next to the 7 eleven
